I have nothing but great experiences with Randstad. Every quarter, Mariel Cruz fulfills my goals and the client's needs by placing me on this same assignment quarterly!  She really cares about the clients and the employees of the company!! Mariel  is very professional and passionate about her job and the company's reputation as well. I've had a pretty long relationship with Randstad especially with Mariel Cruz in the Glendale office.  Over the years you realize sometimes that's it's a buyers market so the competition is pretty fierce.  The one thing I can count on is that at some point I'll get a call from Mariel asking me what do you think about this? I don't always get the role but her dedication to me as a person and her candidate is unwavering.  The Staffing business can be tough on both sides. It's tough for the candidates and for sure for the recruiters.  However, when you as a recruiter truly believe in your candidate and constantly keep them in mind then your not just filling a role you are doing a service to your community and I believe that is Mariel's goal.  She's always been a joy to hear from and I'll continue to call her a friend.

I learned about Randstand after my internship at Paramount finished. The Campus yo Career manager sent me to this location at Glendale where they went above and beyond in hospitality, positivity, and friendly environment. Every time, I need support in finding a job, I get in touch with them ; Mariel Cruz and her team are always there to help me. Mariel is an amazing person, I always tell myself, if I ever win an Oscar, Mariel will be part of my acknowledgments. She is great!
