Founded June 23rd of 2014 on what would have been the late Officer Randy Naylor’s 61st birthday the Randy J. Naylor Memorial Foundation is a labor of love that was created to build upon the foundation that Officer Naylor laid through his service to the city of Vicksburg, MS. The organization is a registered not-for-profit entity with a 501(c)3 status and has a dedicated board of outstanding individuals that serve and work and/or are from the Vicksburg area. The mission of the organization is to support and create events and opportunities for the youth, who are the heart of the city. Partnerships and collaborative efforts will undoubtedly help to execute this mission. The RJN Memorial Foundation is a resource that the city can count on to help build the type of community our children deserve and can count on to keep the pulse of the city strong and vibrant.
