DONT SIGN WITH THESE SHARKS they are NOT ethical. It's the parent company based in Ohio. The local underwriters can't help. They charge misc. fees, don't tell you and rack up late fees, even though the payment site shows a Zero balance. They offered to come take the car over 60 bucks in bogus fees. Filing complaints EVERYWHERE possible. RUN! NOT AT ALL WORTH THEIR FEES. FAKE FEES.

I have been given many different "policies" in the last 2 weeks on when my lien will be lifted. One minute it's 10 business days. Then it's 10 days to close and 10 business days to remove the lien. Its basically, they will do what they want...when they want. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Please stay away from this people. Every body working at this location is very nasty. The don't want to release the leaned on the title and the registration even you make your payment. Jacob is very disrespectful. Even you pay off your account. The still don't want to remove the Leaned on the registration.. please stay away from them

Worst place ever. I was late on a loan. No emails. Simply took my car. Demanded full amount of loan. They are a bunch of greedy snakes looking to take advantage of people in temporary tight positions. Thank God I have nice people in my circle with real careers. I was able to get me car back. Run. Oh and dealing with them to get.my car back. Pure nightmere. Evil people. Hope none of my kids are never so down in life to choose a career like this. Even a basic worker Elizabeth is nasty. She probably makes 11 an hour. Not sure why shy is caught up.

Very good place that works with you and very understanding and also if your late they provide extension and really do care about their clients. had a loan and they did a repo with $300 2 wks late. very shifty and bad business

Be sure to ask about their VDC insurance before you waist time on the phone.
