Meghan working at the registers was a total doll. She was polite, helpful, and utterly kind. I just had a baby and she made me feel so good about myself! We need more people like her in the world!
The prices here are absolutely ridiculous. They were selling a PC monitor for $30, I went to a goodwill nearby and got a similar monitor for $4! Same thing with furniture here too.
Yep 2 stars and that's for the great worker who helped me pick out shirts for my mom. I get too the register and i notice this sign.. if you use a credit card or debit. The cashier wants too see your id.. ok i think this is one way too see if the cashier does their job correctly..i have my fiance use my debit card. Who does not have the same last name as me.. than she asked for his id, and i thought she was looking at the name on the back of my bank card. Nope she never question it. The name on the card or his name being different. So why ask for a persons id if your not going too really look and pay attention. would if your card is stolen..
I have donated and shopped at this store for a number of years. However, this weekend I was informed that I was not allowed to carry a purse in the store and they wanted me to hand it over to a stranger at the register. While I understand that they may have a problem with theft, there is no way I would leave my valuables with a random person and was insulted to be treated like a thief just by walking in the door. I will give future donations and business to another organization.
Prices are very high. People donate items then the workers gouge the prices. Wow! This is Salvation Army. Very diappointed. I have shopped many many SA and this is the most expensive. #salvationarmy
Literally the worse place to shop looking for help! Try calling the front desk! The lady that works there makes lies saying she's the only one working there. Asked if they ssell crock pots for my mother in the hospital. and she said she don't know also she said she's the only one working there. Don't go there this place is corrupt and I'm contacting the labor board over discrimination from there cashier's.
This a very clean and well maintained store. I have visited many Thrift stores and this is one I would visit anytime I am in the area.
So clean, well organized, tons of great quality shoes! Was so impressed with the selection. Found things for the kids even! We got 2 new pairs of shoes, 5 different kid toys, board games, headbands all for $22 bucks! Such a deal!
The used goods must have hidden gold or something in them the price they ask for used goods is astonishing. In Colorado the prices are much much cheaper and better.
Staff is awful and condescending, the people in back make deals and don't honor them, the Majors who are the contacts for this store are rude, unprofessional, and use derogatory terms. Unfortunately I'm on a budget and have to find things here now and then.
