Incredible service here. I am so fed up with the big chain stores and their long lines, slow service, and recorded messages. This pharmacy helped me out multiple times when a supply chain issue prevented CVS from selling me medication that I'd been using for years. My doctor's office recommended Rapps and they were very helpful and even delivered my prescription to me. This kind of service is vanishing in America so at least go to Rapps and take advantage of the few places where it still exists. YES, you can get prescriptions filled in OTHER PLACES BESIDES CVS AND WALGREENS. Forget the chains and bring your business to a local independent owner and you will see the difference.
Rapps is just Awesome, their customer service is Outstanding. I needed to transfer my prescriptions and they did it with no hesitation. Rapps will also deliver to your home if needed. Check them out it if you ever visit the Queen City Plainfield in NJ.

I am the Director of Nursing at a prominent company servicing the needs of Consumers with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. In the past, we have utilized the services of other pharmacies for the medication needs of our Consumers, but were not completely satisfied. My company switched to RAPPS pharmacy and I must say, we are THRILLED with the personal service they have provided to our Consumers covering 5 NJ counties!! They address all of our pharmacy needs and are always available to answer any questions we have any time we call. Their staff is always courteous and professional and they make us feel like we are their #1 customer!! Rapps Pharmacy has serviced our community for as long as I can remember. My family has used Rapps for more than 55 years. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, especially Saundra Skinner who had worked at Rapps Pharmacy if I had guess 30+ years. Personal service you can't get at the big chain drug stores.
3 months ago I gave rapps Pharmacy a one-star rating after talking to one of the owners who did everything in his power to make sure that I was satisfied and happy with his Pharmacy I now rate Rapps 5 stars. they are kind caring people that work there and make sure that I have the medications I need on time
I give this pharmacy 5+ stars for their honesty, processional care and kind heartedness dispensing much more than medicines but providing exceptional quality care, never too busy to solve problems. Mr. Patel, Rph has gone many extra miles to make certain that my son in a distant medical group home is serviced with his needs as if he were Mr. Patel's own child. He even helped me navigate a need that Medicaid dictated had to be supplied by another competing business. Listen to this...he helped me and my son sacrificing his own business...what a genuine act of pure unselfish kindness!!!! One is never a stranger or just a number In this historically great pharmacy servicing the greater Plainfield area. Praise God for Mr. Patel and his pharmacy and i pray God's grace and mercy over Rapps Pharmacy and all that they do to serve mankind!!!!
Five times I called this pharmacy to see if they except Sharps containers and 5 times they told me "yes." The day I arrived with the containers, they decide to tell me, "We only take them for our customers." Taking them for their customers only was not an issue for me but waiting until I actually brought the containers there was. Out of courtesy, they could have accepted the containers and maybe I would have become a customer . Needless to say, I will never refer anyone to them!!!
The Rapps Pharmacy service to the Plainfield community and the tristate area has been impeccable for many years. They will go over and beyond to meet the pharmaceutical needs of their patients and clients. Recently, as a nursing director of the NHSC, an awardee of the HRSA for providing "High Quality Care", a patient of ours needed medication asap. I was able to call the Rapps Pharmacy and Hitesh, the pharmacist, confirmed he had the medication and dropped it off to the organization within the hour. Keep up the good work! We need healthcare partners that are dedicated to improving the health and well being of our community.
My family and I like this pharmacy. To all the people that have something bad to say about them evaluate yourself and what you did wrong. They are honest, reliable, clean, and kind hearted people that are employed at this pharmacy. I would highly recommend them.
