Rasputins Bar

A girl poured her drink on me and was too belligerently drunk to notice which is fine we are at a bar but proceeded to kick me when I asked her to be careful. When complained to the 2 guys on the main floor and they said because they didn’t see what happened they couldn’t do anything. When I was leaving I told Colin and he resolved the situation by saying he believed me and telling me to tell the guys on the main floor to kick the girl out. When I went down to tell them they didn’t believe me and one of them went up to confirm with Colin. Once they came back down they kicked the girl out after confirming with Colin and not believing me. I waited to make sure she got kicked out so I was waiting to make sure the two guys were following me out. Once the girl was kicked out and we were outside, her friends came up to me and started arguing with me. The Rasputins worker who didn’t believe me told me to leave because I was causing a scene when the girl’s friend was arguing with me. I’m glad Colin got the situation resolved but it’s is frustrating that not all the workers knew how to resolve the situation.

Think of the worst smelling smell you’ve ever smelled. Now multiply that by 10 and add 3 groups of trashy people. That’s the environment here. Bring nose plugs

I have never met a more illiterate bouncer. i came up from maine to visit my sister and the bouncer looks sees it’s a maine id and denies me. never in my 3 years of being of age have i ever been denied. so upset was so excited to go to this spot. so incompetent. educate your bouncers on REAL out of state ids.

I worked here as a collegiate and it was the best job I’ve ever had! Rasputins Bar & Grille may not be one for the family, but it sure is a guaranteed good time. Would definitely recommend to all!

Bouncer denied her real ID, and even said he knew it was real. Said he didn’t think it was her. I mentioned she had multiple debit and credit cards with matching names. They were unwilling to admit their mistake and let her in. Bad business.

after re-opening two-three weeks ago and coming here each weekend, I can say this place is severely lacking in fun…everyone here is so aggressive, the music is terrible and not nearly loud enough, waits for drinks are long, it’s a bit out of control. 2 stars for the friendly bouncer that ID’d me each time and cheap $3 cover, the other guys though…

let me just say that I went out to have fun, not to watch a 30+ year old, overweight, intoxicated man on a power trip beat up on a 20 year old woman. Clearly, the bouncers have a long standing history as evidenced in the reviews of hitting women. Moreover, management clearly is ok with it because it keeps happening. It's no excuse that the bouncer was seemingly intoxicated; his job is to protect the establishment and its patrons from the very acts he committed in front of my own eyes. GROSS. Burlington has a lot of great spots, no one needs to be desperate enough to visit this hell on earth.

Terrible.... that's pretty much the word. The bouncers more like college students push ladies. That's rude. Inconsiderate for people looking for their friends to make sure they are safe.

I was physically assaulted in line here. I was choke held by the bouncer for 5 minutes and had difficulty breathing. I did nothing to warrant this behavior except stand in line. DO NOT GO HERE as a woman unless you are with multiple men. Hopefully this will prevent other people from having this happen to them.

Bar allows predatory men to freely roam. Would not recommend to anyone who cares about their safety.
