Unprofessional. I had specifically asked for a copy of a death certificate since my father passed away. They had said they would notify me when it would be ready. Time passed and I never got word back on the death certificate. When I called to ask for it, they laughed in my face and had given it to someone else. I wouldn't be surprised if their other locations are as bad as the Ratliff Funeral home in Denver City, TX. Just don't do any services with this company unless you want to end up disappointed.
If anyone say that this is not a good place to bring your love one to say your good byes, it's not true of my experience and my family have been brought here multiple times and friends and I've never known them to treat anyone poorly never, so be your own judgment, because me and my family appreciate them very much for being a loving and caring place to say your good byes, I personally want to say thanks so very very much.
Very bad service! Workers will turn the lights off on you to let you know that they are closing and it's time for you to say your good byes to your loved one. Also the workers will get upset every time you ask a question. Very bad service!
