Wow, I used to come here often 10 years ago but I don't remember it being 3 stories?? I was pretty surprised when I stopped in today. Honestly don't mind the top floor, as it was super quiet and the concession stand had absolutely no wait time. Bathrooms and theater were clean. The chairs were so comfortable. I definitely need to come back here when I can!
Nicer than the cinemark in my hometown. Was very clean and the seats were very comfortable. I love the fact that they have cinemas not only in my hometown.
Not much crowd for the movie we went to watch. I left like the interval time was a bit short, otherwise a good place to watch movies. The theater was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Pretty cheap to buy movie tickets compared to everywhere. Would recommend watching movie here before 6ish. I had an experience where a group of teenagers came in and stole our seats talking very loud so we ended up leaving not wanting to cause a commotion. The cinemark in alliance is far better than this location.
I love seeing a good movie and even seeing it on the big screen. When it comes to finding a good theater though, there in comes the real challenge. I figured I'd give this mall theater a try, but I am sorry to say that it wasn't as good an experience as I'd thought it'd be. Of course when you walk in, you either have your tickets or don't. Me? I got really good deals on tickets for only five dollars! That's nothing to complain about, although when you get through to the theater, it did get a bit worse. Maybe I just had bad luck, but as I was watching the film it just got really hot. I mean WAY too hot. I was wearing a flannel and an undershirt, but I was overheating and sweating bullets in my chair from how hot it had gotten in the room. I wanted to turn around and ask someone if they got the same feeling, but you know, it's a movie. Then towards the ending of my movie, I could have SWORN a kid was playing Roblox on their phone. By the way, it was John Wick 4. Not the cinemas fault, or maybe it was, but really killed the ambiance. I did love the movie I saw, but getting through it was so much harder with all of the downsides. When there's a big film release, I might consider going here again, but I'll definitely be weighing other options.
Absolutely an atrocious movie experience. Let's go into details tho. Dirty dirty bathrooms. Dirty food prep area and super dirty floors. Seat broken beyond repair and still expected to sit there. This theater was really nice at 1 time. That time has come and gone apparently. Most of the workers I interacted with were nice and eager to help, but clearly their forte was not cleaning from the appearance of the facility. If you want a clean, nice place to go with a good class of attending people and viewers alike, I suggest the Clearfork AMC. You won't be disappointed and won't be wasting your money at Cinemark/Rave which clearly just cares for pocketing all profit and ZERO facility upkeep.
Saw movie in theater 18, seat E6. Full theater and recline comfort feature did not work. Then we saw a movie in theater 2, the entire roll E did not recline. Last week we saw Indiana Jones, I don't recall the theater #, but the seats were ripped up. It's time for some much needed maintenance and renovation. Half of the soap dispensers in the restrooms are missing, and the snack bar is understaffed. This is not the quality I expect from a RAVE theater.
Where to begin first of all we are paying $40 to see a movie and they have rules about being quiet, no cell phones etc… Well when you have stupid loud teenagers next to you that didn’t pay for the seats moving up and down being obnoxious you tend to get pissed.. well instead of kicking these teenagers out they make you leave instead.. of course we got a ticket for a different day but that is besides the point.. they do not follow their own rules and their bathrooms are disgusting. It’s like no one has cleaned them in weeks.. if I were you I’d go to a new theater or at least not go on a Saturday night..
Matinee times run a little later which is good. Plenty of theaters, which were not too crowded. The third floor concession stand was open which alleviated congestion from the main one downstairs. The cashier did give my wife incorrect change but quickly corrected the situation when asked. Math skills are important. The movie was good and the theater was not crowded.
Starting to decline in quality. This has been my go-to nearby movie place, but in recent months and years - the bathrooms are filthy and multiple urinals and toilets are out of order. The popcorn and soda are pretty good quality, not worth 1/3 the price, but the quality is still pretty good. They are friendly enough, the upstairs concession stands never seems to be open anymore. The projection and sound are fairly reliably great. No notes on that. About one out of 10 powered recliner seats I end up in doesn't function. It's just going downhill. Like malls in general. I find this to be too bad, because it used to be a pretty great location to see a film.
