Rave Cinemas at the Greene

Being disabled, I found the railings for the stairs lacking in support as they were not a single rail but in sections leaving nothing to hold on to when taking the final step. The seats were comfortable and the table was nice for snacks but did make it difficult to get in and out of the seats. Even though I didn't use it, the seats had a heating option which sounds really nice

Went to see the new Oppenheimer movie. Good thing we got tickets in advance. The chairs were super comfy and even have a built-in heater don't ask me how I found out. The staff was super busy and super friendly. What a great time.

Concession stand was out of multiple items including bottled water!, and IMAX theater had very uncomfortable seats. I was in one of the top rows, and the seat instantly rocked all the way back, so I had to look down at the movie the whole time. Also very little leg room, my knees were burning after a couple hours. You’d think the prestige format screen would have more comfortable seats, it doesn’t make any sense. One last thing, I feel like the sound in the IMAX was maybe 10-15% too loud. I’m trained as a sound designer, so I fully understand loudness and sound dynamics, I’m not a prude when it comes to loud noises. But this just felt like they dialed up their speakers as loud as they possibly could and kept them there. I’ve seen a movie in one of the smaller theaters here, and it had the power recliners advertised on the side of the building, and the sound was at a reasonable level. That experience alone would’ve gotten probably a 5/5, no complaints, but today was a massive disappointment. Next time I have to see a movie on IMAX, I guess I’ll drive to Cincinnati.

I do like the theater with the climate controlled seats. It's keep in mind that all of the theaters have the climate controlled seats. When you're looking at movies, it's usually into the description whether the theater comes with the seats or not. The staff at the theaters keep these theaters very clean and are very respectful. Just watched the 6pm showing of Oppenheimer in IMAX! Sound needs to be figured out better, too loud. Way too hot and stuffy! I shouldn’t be sweating while watching the show. It was the same way about a month ago when we watched Indiana Jones in a different theater here. IMAX seats are ok at best. Probably be going to a different theater for our next movie because of not being cool and comfortable

The fail at doing the basics on a regular basis. Today was the second we’ve brought the family out paying over $100 to watch a movie have popcorn and a soda. The movie’s consistency start nearly 15 minutes late. If you preorder food it will show up but they don’t bring your straws or napkins so you might as well just wait in line and get it yourself. Also, prepare to be warm.

Was able to buy tickets right there without making a line. The movie was great, the room clean and chairs very comfortable. I'm hearing impaired. Sometimes even with my hearing aids I have problems to undertand clearly but the sound system was so loud, I had to take off my hearing aids and even after that the sound was loud. That is why I rarely go to movie theaters any longer, I return home with a blasting headache.

Good ticket prices, nice seats even up front, and great screens. Audio is set too loud however, and left me wishing I'd brought my acoustic earplugs. Based on other reviews, this theater knows it's a problem and won't fix it. It's a showstopper.

I like this theater and it is the best around, however the seats are getting stickier the past 6 months… YUCK I would like to suggest giving the option to pick up cleaning supplies Clorox wipes like the airlines from the theater check in box while walking to your movie. I would gladly give every seat I sit at a quick wipe before I plop down for a few hours.

Nice theater to take kids for a family outing with a big screen and comfortable chairs. To be honest they could drop those prices on the food and snacks. They would find that more people will purchase snacks.
