I'm Dave, the founder, owner, and head baker,

This is the page ill be using for the public face of Ravey Dave's and hopefully as a tool to get my name out there as well as show case some of my cakes and help inspire some crazy custom orders from you guys.
Now a little about Dave, I started selling cheesecake almost by accident. You see my mother would make me a no bake cheesecake for my birthday, with out fail, every year. Sadly she passed away shortly after i graduated, and the following holiday season was incredible difficult (as you can imagine). So i made myself a cheesecake, took a few slices to work and it kinda snowballed from there.
Now almost 5 years later, I'm still baking these cakes and as a memorial to my wonderful mother Ive named my business after her favorite pet name for me.
