I booked an appointment recently to get my lizard’s handprint tattooed on my wrist. Bobby was easy to get along with, the tattoo looked stunning, and he showed me how to take care of the tattoo. Today I went in for a touch up. This was short notice given that I am going back to college tomorrow. Bobby was super understanding, and fit me into his schedule a few hours later. Overall, the process was amazing, and I will definitely go back for more tattoos.
Found through Evite: Tried fluid art for the first time and it was such an amazing experience!! As it was only the 2 of us on Thursday night can be busier on holidays or other class types, we really got the full experience ~ 2.5 hrs. Linh was our instructor/ artist who demonstrated her mastered techniques - live and through her artwork which are showcased in the gallery also on FB. She really made us feel welcome, was REALLY patient with us, and gave us professional advice from her experience. I'm also a worry wart and sometimes perfectionist but she helped loosen or fix any of my artwork doubts What it came with: - 2 canvases to try on and option to add more if you want - complementary refreshments - wine, cheese and crackers ~ delicious - tour of the studio - tattoo and gallery sides - amazing experience We'd definitely come again. Thank you so much for having us
Went here for a spooky paint night workshop. Very fun and love my paintings! I have no experience getting a tattoo here, but the random workshops they have are fun! They included drinks, snacks and friendly group of people!
Matt did a cover-up of old tat plus some more art. He did an fantastic job!!! Will definitely be back for more add on.
Raw Ink Studio. I have been going to raw ink studio since 2009 when they have not moved to their new location. I have been very happy with my service back when and now. I am currently in the process of working with Bobby to get a piece I've wanted. He works hand in hand with what I am going for and also draws out the design for you. He is honestly a master at his trade, I would highly recommend him. As for the other artists, I have seen all of their work and I would also trust them as well. As for the building itself, It is very clean. The bathroom is always clean as a whistle a must. There is also a really cool art gallery within the building. There have been consistent live events there as well which are really cool if you are local. Overall, I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for any tattoo, coverup, piercing. Etc.
I got a couple piercings done here at the end of July 2019. Linh is hands down one of the most patient people I’ve ever met!! She explained the procedures and after care really thoroughly and made me feel super comfortable, and was calm and kind even when I was being annoying and a little squeamish during the process. I’m so, so happy with the work she did and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Definitely the only person I’ll be getting piercings from from now on.
Amazing place! The artist are 2 of the best on the east coast. I have had my entire back and arm done by Bobby the owner and will definitely be going back for more. The venue has great bands and the ppl at all of the show I have been to have been great. Definitely recommend checking them out!!
Do NOT go here if you want your tattoo finished. The owner Bobby will stop responding and the office voicemail is constantly full. You will never get another appointment scheduled or a response at all. Artwork is decent, but absolutely TERRIBLE management, organization, and customer service.
The lady at the front was really helpful and nice. They have really cool saltwater fish tanks all around the shop which was a bonus for me. I got both lobes pierced and Jason was super professional. He explained the cleaning regimen and answered all my questions. Two days in and no swelling or infection fingers crossed.
I was there for a charity event, not a tattoo. Fantastic live music, a great cause. Loved seeing the artwork. Keep an eye on their art classes, such beautiful work. Their tattoos are gorgeous! Every tattoo I've seen is a true work of art.
