If there was an option for a 0-star review, I would have picked that option… I recently made my first vehicle purchase which is a 2021 Chevy Malibu from Nissan of Las Cruces. This should have been a happy and memorable experience however I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. The salesman is very pushy, thinks everything is a joke, and the finance manager catches an attitude when you don’t want the $4,000 extended warranty that never covers anything. The finance manager rushed the paperwork which later I found out they messed up! The first day I drove the car the check engine came on, as well as the ABS. They weren’t listening to me when I was telling them something was wrong with the car. It turns out the car was malfunctioning due to four cracked spark plugs which apparently, they replaced in the inspection…hmmm weird. This was a headache trying to get them to fix it. I had to have my father-in-law leave work to come to the dealership just for them to listen and actually fix my car. Finance manager also kept calling me at work nonstop even though I told them I’M AT WORK trying to get the insurance! Told me “Ma’am you’ve had all week to get it insured” …...Even though I was dealing with them trying to fix the spark plug issue and the lock switch. My driver side door lock/unlock button hasn’t worked since day one…. tried saying it was working basically calling me a lair. Five weeks later they finally got that fixed. While I was waiting for them to fix my lock issue ANOTHER issue has occurred where my car is telling me shift to park and apparently my warranty will not cover it even though it’s recalled. I was promised a second key which I NEVER received; they were supposed to give my car a good detail. They did not, they barely vacuumed a few crumbs, I asked them to clean my sun visor because there was this weird stuff on which they didn’t. They also tinted my windows and there are bubbles. I can’t even get the car insured in just my name because they messed the paperwork up. If I could go back, I would absolutely NOT do business with this dealership!!! For a 2021 vehicle this car should not be having this many issues!!!!! This dealership does NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS they only want a SALE!
Probably the worst experience ive had buying a car. Nicholas the man who sold me the car will lie directly to your face and say anything he needs to sell a car. When I bought a used vehicle he promised that he'd fix ANY issues I found with the car after I bought it. Then after I bought it I brought the car to get a few things fixed and he told me he didn't have to fix anything unless it had to do with safety. Anything means anything. Poor customer service and completely bad business.
My girlfriend had bought a car from here. They treat you like you are beneath them. The finance manager was the worst of them all. If anyone I know is going to purchase a car I will recommend any other dealership than this one.
I recently purchased a brand new vehicle for my wife and was assisted by Nick Chavez, he did a real good job by assisting me through the entire purchase process. Nick was very professional, hard working, patient, and very knowledgeable about all the inventory that was located in the lot. I would suggest that if you are in search of a new vehicle and end up stopping at Nissan Dealership, speak with Nick Chavez. He is a very good car sales associate, that will help you get in the right vehicle, that fits your life style and everyday needs. P.S I gave the overall Nissan dealership a 3 stars, but gave Nick Chavez 5 stars.
Freddy was awesome! He called me from inquiry from TrueCar website on Saturday evening. I wanted the Blue Nissan Kicks. He said he had it. We went in Monday morning. Drove it and bought it. Everyone there greeted us, made sure we had water, congratulated us on the new Kicks. Freddy stayed with us for hours explaining where we stood in the purchase process and having some laughs along the way. Great dealership! Highly recommend!
This is and was a great place to purchase a vehicle our salesmanJose Segura was great helpful,knowledgeable,patient and pleasant. I bought me a new Nissan frontier midnight edition just love it Jose made sure we got the best deal. I definitely recommend this dealership for your next brand new or used vehicle.
This was a great first-time car buying experience for my wife and myself. Everyone was very nice and professional to my family. I would definitely recommend sending my whole family of Ford owners over to this Nissan dealership in particular. Mr. Roybal and Isaac are definitely two of the best in the business for sures!
Shame on this dealership. They tried to give me an estimate of $375 for a new blower motor plus $400-$500 to install it and said it would take an entire day. Absolutely insane. Ended up going to a local mechanic, and the total for everything, including labor and a new cabin filter they included for free, was $325. $50 less than Nissan was trying to charge me for the blower motor alone. And it only took them an hour and 15 minutes to complete. Not an entire day. I'm really glad I decided to do some more research and call around. I understand there is usually a higher cost that comes along with dealerships, but I feel that the price difference here should be considered price gouging and should be illegal. I will definitely be staying far away from this dealership in the future.
Nicholas is so unprofessional and he tells you what you want to hear when you purchase a used vehicle just so you will buy it then he rebids on what he said and tries to tell you he never said that. My whole family has been Nissan purchasers for years but we will not be buying from Nissan of las cruces EVER again!!! Thanks Nick for being an outright liar!!!
