Ray brings more than 20 years of food and beverage experience to the table. Before venturing on his own Ray worked at numerous fine dining establishments on Hilton Head Island such as Julep's, The
Captain's Table andCafe @ Wexford sharpening his skills for the day he opened his own restaurant in 2011. Ray has developed a classic Diner Menu for his guests including fresh squeezed Orange Juice,
made-from-scratch Pancakes, Breakfast Burritos and the classic 2-Egg Breakfastl. For lunch, order up their popular Philly Cheesesteak, 1/2 pound Cheeseburger or a delicious salad. And don't ever forget the fresh-sliced-to-order Vaidalia Shoestring Onion Rings Ray's Cafe is known for.
