Love Ray's Flowers. I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years they have never let me or my family down. There flowers are always beautiful and they stay longer. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thank you Ray's my daughter loved the arrangement.
Be careful what you order, the sizes are not promising and are small for its price. I paid $89.79 for a big arrangement and received one that was completed different in the picture, some flowers were changed however the size was too small.
Ordered online July 7 for a death. Got confirmation email. Waited on it till July 14 and I finally got an answer there. They say that they cancelled the order. Well i did not get anything so I have been waiting on the flowers to be delivered. POOR SERVICE

Went in Friday morning before Labor Day to order artificial arrangement for my grandson's gravesite. They let me hand-select the flowers, were so caring and compassionate. Flowers were ready for pick up in less than two hours! Beautiful arrangement, excellent customer service.

Order some flowers for my wife for Valentine's at 9 am and told them to deliver them to walmart before 4pm bc she gets off at 4. They finally dropped them off at 430 after she got home. They just left the flowers with an employee. I'll never use them again.
I received a delivery myself from this florist sent by friends. The flowers themselves were already tired by the next day, and didn't last three. I wouldn't use this company if this is what their end product looks like.
Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Beautiful flower arrangements for reasonable prices.
