One of the standout features of Ray's Prime Foods is their willingness to provide custom cuts upon request. This level of personalized service sets them apart from larger supermarket chains. It allows you to tailor your meat selection to your needs and preferences. I make a point of visiting Ray's at least once a month to stock up on fresh meats for my fridge and freezer. Over the years, I've come to trust their expertise and commitment to quality. I know that I'll always leave with the finest cuts available. I highly recommend visiting Ray's Prime Foods. It's a local gem that has stood the test of time and continues to deliver exceptional products and service to our community.
Last summer, I bought a bundle of steaks to celebrate my birthday with family. However, when I went to cook them, I found that over half of the steaks were bad. I asked the store to replace them, but when I got home with the replacement, I found that we were only given a quarter of the steaks. The owner claimed that I didn't return the bad steaks I had already opened, but I had been told to do so by an employee to just toss the bad one's. I decided not to shop there again, but recently I wanted to try their steaks again for Easter as i told myself it was a one time mistake we've been loyal customers a few years at this point give them another try. Once again, I was disappointed and embarrassed when I found out that I was given the wrong order & extremely disappointed when i went to prepare dinner for my extended family and most all my steaks were spoiled yet again. When I complained to the owner over being given the wrong box, he sent an employee to collect the missing meat & to give me the correct box, which was intended for another customer. My outside cameras recorded the conversation and was shocked to learn that the store was reselling potentially bad meat. I will never shop there again and neither will five of my family members who used to be regular customers who attended both parties now to witness this. It's a shame because we used to really like the store but twice now a year apart and you guys taking back meat that had been out 45 minutes at least by the time your guy got back to your store is a bit disgusting to me. Putting one bad steak with one good is foul and a shame on you guys for doing this to your customers. I bet when you prep dinner for yourself you have fresh meat every time so why not the same for your customers?
Ray’s catered my son’s wedding this past weekend. They grilled on-site and the food was amazing. They brought a very efficient team. They were very personable and so incredible to work with. Thank you for making this backyard wedding reception amazing!! We had so many compliments on how good the food was. Thank you!!
Great service, and meat is top notch. Vegetables, on the other hand, WAY overpriced and very poor quality.
A special shout out to Ray's Prime Foods. We purchased an Amish turkey breast for our Thanksgiving dinner. Wanted to cook it in house, mainly for the aroma lol. We had their sides of dressing, gravy and cranberry relish. Added mashed potatoes and asparagus. Absolutely delicious. Thank you for one of our most relaxing Thanksgiving celebrations.

Talk about service! I went in panic looking for sides for a luncheon after the place we ordered from messed up! Ray came out and helped me as he saw me there looking panicked! Got what I needed very fast and everyone loves it! Thank you, I will definitely be back soon for my personal needs!
I am in need of some good chicken breast, it would be nice if I could search “Chicken Brest” but since I can only purchase bundles via the website, I guess I’ll have to find another place to shop. You would think, with how far technology has advanced, Butcher Shops such as this would be inclusive to the home bound.
