Equipment is checked daily trash emptied daily . There's seven self serve bays . Cost 2.50 to start gives you about 4mins . The automatic is touch less . It will not take a truck with big fat tires. You end on the rail . Best to wash in self serve bays if you washing full size truck
Wasted $2.50, I put in the 10 quarters for the self service wash and the timer showed up but the water never came out and the timer remained on 4 mins. Called the number but no one answered.
I've been going to Rays Laundry Car wash for 15 years now... best place in town to wash your clothes or To Have them washed and folded! or all on hangers, like I get em It has a Friendly Outstanding staff...
I enjoy cleaning the car at self-service washes. At rays all the brushes are worn out & probably should be replaced, also most the timers no longer work n covered with tape so you have no clue how much time you actually have. The system use to chime at you when 1 minute was left on your time but those no longer work either.
Worst place in town, not only does it rip you off on time, they don't fix anything and it's all dinosaur age. Washers and dryers junk and doesn't work properly and they don't give refunds. Don't go there save your money
They have a bunch of old-school "self-serve" style bays with pressure washers. Several choices of soapy water, rinse water, and polish. Cheap, too! I can give my car a good once-over with soap and rinse for $2.00. There is an automatic bay, too, but I haven't used that one.
When I used pre soak there was a thin line of water but nothing to help start the cleaning process. The soapy brush is pretty warn and wasn't able to get every day dirt off of my car. I used only one of the bays perhaps the others are better.
Chemicals and auto wash a lot better quiet area. Serving the working respectable poor. Fixing a lot of washing equipment has really improved self wash fallow instruction on wall in car bays. Self wash. I highly recommend the presoak in self service. The auto wash 5 to 9 dallors I recommend the 7 dollar wash...
Self serve car wash uses quarters but has change machine. We washed a cargo van which is taller was a little stretch for hoses but it worked.
