Kind, knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a specific book on grieving and they immediately knew the one to order. After picking up the book a week later I found the sweetest most inspiring card mixed in with my purchase. It was signed by the staff. A true blessing. Highly recommend.
For this to be a Christian Book store, I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in, however right after me a gentleman walked in and was greeted. I had to ask for help, looking to buy a Bible for my Daughter. The one that I wanted was $59.99 but couldn't be engraved. The clerk showed me another one for $19.99. Then said I had to pay for engraving because it wasn't over $20. I offered to pay the penny, the price wasn't the problem as the one I wanted was almost three times the cost. She rudely said no. I walked out but really wanted the Bible so I walked back in to everyone staring at me and not one person attempted to assist me or ask if I had decided or anything so I left again. I shopped here years ago and purchased a Bible but got that unwelcome feeling then too, but decided to travel back to the area because I liked their Bibles. Also, I noticed the "variety" is lacking. Customer service just isn't what it used to be.
Selection is 1st class .Everything you need to read is in this store .Love love the home decor .Thank yall for having a great selection in this store.

The BEST bookstore I have ever been to i've been to a lot. Laura was VERY helpful when selecting a new bible! She even put my name on it! Definitely will be going back!

The selection of gift items has diminished over time which caught me off guard. The staff is nice enough but was somewhat surprised that I wanted to get sister bracelets for my black friend and I. We noticed the glances and laughed about it after leaving the store. I guess they don't have many friends like us. But that is fine because my sweetest friend is like a sister to me and I wouldn't trade her for anything in the world.
Visited Rayann’s recently on a stormy day to purchase a new large print Bible for my momma. The lady helping us was super friendly and VERY helpful. She offered several educated suggestions as to what might work best for my mom. She also suggested several devotional items that she personally liked and used. I would definitely recommend you give them a try over anything online. My mom is very pleased with her new Bible.
