Home Care Services is a home maintainence program. We help to keep your home safer and the air in you home cleaner. For $40 a month, Home Care Services will clean out air conditioning filters, clean bathroom ceiling vents and fans, clean external dryer vents, semi-annual replacement of batteries in smoke, fire, heat and carbon monoxide detectors and replace furnace filter annually.
Home Care Services will also be on call at no additional monthly charge, except for the cost of materials for other minor repairs, (i.e., leaky faucets, running toilets,...) Call Ron Cifuni at 781-837-0158 for details.
