We had our old cast iron tub and tile walls replaced with a walk-in shower and new surround. The installers were there when they told us and did a great job. Hauled the waste away and left the work area clean. They were done in less than two days. Great job.Service: Bathtub replacement
3 years later- Quality of the work has held up, still looks as good as day one. I have replaced, the handheld shower wand, jets were getting clogged with sand from the well. Plus 2 of the 3 toilet seats due to staining. No additional warranty work needed. Still 5 star rating. The people were great. Had a total master bath redo, plus all toilets in the house. Took days instead of weeks. Had one warranty problem and they stand behind their warranty. Was expensive, but doing the whole master bath was still cheaper than a walk in tub. The key selling point was the time. Finished in days. Now have a fully ADA compliant shower with seat and grab bars. One happy customer here. Would recommend again.
The crew worked great and got the job done right. However, upon leaving, Dave said everything was good but they didn’t install a shutoff valve because they didn’t have one. Said they would be back the following Monday to install one. We said fine and thought to keep their rep they would at least get it done but here it is Wednesday and haven’t heard a word from them. They have my money so I guess I’m not special anymore.
