We service all of Ventura County but our specialty is property managment of short (furnished) and long (unfurnished or furnish) term rentals in Hollywood Beach, Silverstrand, Mandalay Shores, Rincon, Seacliff, Pierpont beach. Clean, comfy & stylish. Loved the main room with large table so we could all eat together. Kitchen was adequate … could have used a grater & measuring cups & spoons but manageable … we like to cook together. Beach toys were appreciated & the extra towels were great! We definitely will consider returning if we have another grandmothers/daughters/granddaughter/ nieces week again.. all in all You made our stay very pleasant and easy! Thank You!
Our stay at the Beauty on the Beach was wonderful. We couldn’t ask for better accommodations. Everything was perfect. It’s such a lovely home and we’ll maintained. We’ll definitely book again. The only minor issue we had was the internet/TV kept disconnecting, but we rebooted each time. Also, all the beach umbrellas were broken. Thank you!
We absolutely loved the vacation rental in Ventura. The agents at Remax were very quick and helpful with all of our questions. It was a perfect experience. Thanks for everything.
House was immaculate when we arrived. Beautiful view of beach from living room and upper deck with beach access a few steps away. House stayed nice and cool with open windows and fans if needed. A lot of stairs to go up and down daily because of tri level so not the best for people or dogs with impaired movement. Everything you need is within in walking or bike distance. Truly a place to relax, unplug, and unwind with plenty to keep kids busy too so you can do just that.
Absolute gem! This place is top notch: from appliances, cleanliness, and pride of ownership--Shiloh at the Sea has it all. Owners were extremely kind enough to allow guests to access bikes, EV charger, surfboard, beach chairs and towels, and everything you'd ever need to whip something up in the kitchen. Place is central to very good eating to booth! Do yourself a favor, and book it!
This was one of the best vacations we have ever had and a huge part of that was the beautiful property! The home had amazing picture windows in every room that looked out onto the ocean. The views were remarkable! The property was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! The beach toys provided made our visit so fun! Thank you for helping to give us such a wonderful memory.
This company is beyond 5 stars! They are professionals and respond very quickly. My fiancé and I are just over the moon excited about our new dream home we rented and very pleased to work with such a great property management team. Laura who was our showing agent was absolutely a joy to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the property and gave us excellent advice on the application process. She went above and beyond for us as we needed measurements for appliances and furniture before the move in date and she so kindly accommodated us with that information. The application process was a breeze!!! They are all up to date with electronic signature and everything just goes so fast and smooth. Thank you REMAX property management!!! And an extra special thank you to Laura!
I feel for the VRBO owners of the house we rented. They have RE/MAX representing them, however, when we arrived to the home we rented, which is not inexpensive to do, two key items that we partially rented the home for were not working. The spa and the grill we grill often. The company did not care, did not communicate well and certainly showed zero interest in fixing the issues during our near week stay. The spa technician apparently had been electrocuted when he was working on it and unhooked it a week before our arrival. RE/MAX wasn't aware and did not care. It is one of the key reasons we rented this particular house as there are plenty to choose from. The grill was fully out of gas and filthy. That could have been easily and quickly resolved - at least the gas part. They didn't respond and could not have cared less. I am a prior VRBO owner and would have gotten my rear to the house and had the gas filled up. People work hard and look for a reliable and wonderful vacation experience, not to be met with non-working items we paid to have with zero care or resolution. I am hardly ever one to complain but the lack of interest was very disappointing. I would never rent from this group again.
The RE/MAX management team was top notch and extremely responsive when we reported an issue with some of the electrical plugs and lights; Courtney handled the situation quickly and to our satisfaction! The house was clean and well appointed; we loved our stay and hope to do it again!
Best property management we have dealt with! There was an unfortunate issue at the place we booked for 10 people and were notified in route to our vacation. Lisa was extremely helpful, attentive and found us another place stay within 5-10 min, which was not only comparable to our previous place, but better. Sleeping arrangements weren’t ideal, but we made it work.
