I am appreciative of this service, since I struggle with driving in Medford. The ride to my appt was great. The ride home was not. The driver was very late to the point where I was worried due to it being outside of Ready Ride's business hours. When he finally arrived, his body odor was very, very ripe. It burned my nose and eyes. I try not to judge and I'm grateful for the service but wow.

My only gripe was that the first driver got to me too early. He was 20 minutes ahead of the pickup time and I had ended up waiting nearly an hour for my appointment. It wasn't a big issue. I will definately look at Ready Ride if I need transportation in the future.

The lady I talked to was very rude to me. I called to see if I could get a ride the day before like I ALWAYS have done and she got so much attitude and told me I need to cancel my vertly important doctor's appointment. She said they have always said you need to call 90 days in advance. I told her it has never been like that. she was losing patience with me remind you this was only a 3 minute conversation. She needs training and learn how to not have attitude with people. My appointment is very important I am on a life saving medication and she did not want to hear that. Do better ready ride.

Complete joke....if you have a job or any type of life do not rely on this place. Over 75% of the time when exmy appointment was over they wouldn't be waiting outside for me and id have to wait 30min - 3hours for them to come back. And thags only if they come back at all. Sometimes they simply wouldn't come back leaving me completely stranded and trying to hitch a ride or call uver. I will never use nor recommend these incompetent a-holes that seem to only be consistent with collecting money from my insurance company

If you have a serious medical issue and no longer drive, like myself. Or don’t drive for any other reason Ready Ride is available to get you to your medical appointments and get you to your prescriptions. There are, of course, rules and regulations that the service expects riders to follow. Most riders need to meet their ride outside of their property gate but if you have a chronic condition they will allow for door to door pick up. This was literally a lifesaver for me, my gate is a quarter mile from the house but I currently suffer from end stage heart failure. For my that little extra effort from them makes my health and doctor appointments manageable. I even had one driver who, on my first day of using the service, was having a moment. There were multiple people who offered options and solutions from ReadyRide and my cardiologist staff. I felt so supported and every doubt melted away. Ready Ride really offers excellent service.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff was super helpful and were able to help me find the right car for my budget. They went over and beyond! I definitely recommend!

Always call 2 hours before pick up to cancel a ride and try to give them more than 48 hours notice. They can schedule out months for rides

I have to go to treatment every weekday, and the company and drivers go above and beyond to make it a good experience. I especially want to thank one of the drivers, Robert. He's by far the most knowledgeable and efficient driver that I've had, so far. Keep up the great work!
