An absolute must go. Super friendly. They act like they have known you forever. Are very patient with you and all your questions. Helped me create and made a custom engagement ring. It's super beautiful. Stayed in touch and was very informal about every step they did to make it. Highly recommend going.

I went in and found a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday for a surprise. The necklace was too big but they said that she could bring it in and trade for a smaller one which sounded good to me! She gets her necklace and loves it! She goes to the store to pick out a smaller chain and the woman that waited on her reiterated the same story. So she picks out the chain she likes 4 inches shorter and they send in for it for her. Fast forward to today. Her chain is in and she goes to the store to pick it up and get her store credit. The owner than tells her she doesn't get any store credit or money back. No explanation, no receipt, no proof of weight nothing. I call in to see what happened and he tells me that no there was no store credit to be issued and he would call me back. The chain is 4 inches shorter he calls me back and gives us a $40 credit to the store and says they made a mistake. Our first experience with this store and the worst I've experienced with any jewelry store. They tried to take advantage of her so watch out!

The whole team is very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. Greg met with my fiancée and me many times, helping us understand and design every detail to create her perfect engagement ring. We'll be back when it's time to create our wedding bands. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I was not impressed with man’s attitude towards me and the jewelry I brought. He was very dismissive. I would never go there to shop. Update after store’s reply - I sold the “$21” pendant for ‘just the metal’ $250 & the earrings for $150. I get you look for prime gems, but you weren’t friendly in any way, you didn’t offer any discussion that the jewels may be worth selling online. You certainly gave the impression I was interrupting your work and I was a bother. Just tell a person straight up that you don’t tend to buy gems and tend to only pay metal weight.

Lost a birthstone out of a setting I had in a ring that was very sentimental to me. They replaced it in a flash for me and reinforced the setting. The finished product was like new and was very reasonable in price as well. I can’t thank them enough for the outstanding job they did to repair my ring!!! I give them 5 stars and will definitely shop with them again soon. Thank you so much!!!!!

I was in there to have my grandfather's wedding band sized down so I can wear it. The jeweler was very friendly, he knew we were on a deadline and he got the ring done for me. I am sooo happy to be able to finely wear my grandfather's ring as my wedding band. He sized it down, there was also a bend in the band that needed fixed and he was going to get it all shined up again. It will look like a new band but in reality, it's a very old ring with so much meaning that I will wear and cherish forever!
