I love the staff they are very friendly. The jeweler did a fantastic job on my ring I could not tell that I even broke it.
Beth was extremely helpful and patient in explaining how they could help us with our two watches that needed repair. We would highly recommend Real Gem! The attention to detail and outstanding service is hard to come by nowadays.
Beth and Alex are fantastic! Loved chatting with them while I got my watch batteries replaced. Could only get one battery replaced because they couldn’t open one of my watches. That DID NOT STOP THEM. They are determined to get my watch repaired and I am delighted! Great customer service!
Started with real gem at least 35 years ago. Very trustworthy. Customer service is top notch. We have dealt mostly with Beth who is a real gem herself. Now from AZ; we bring along jewelry needing repairs to Real Jem.
visited multiple jewelers for a necklace repair. they treated me like i was inconveniencing them . stopped into real gem . service was great. price was great . and the repair was top notch . will definitely go back to Real Gem
I've been going here for over 30 years and I've never been disappointed. I've purchased new jewelry, had custom pieces made, and had jewelry repaired. Sapphire ring is custom, other ring was purchased new. Both recently had repairs done. First rate service, reasonable prices, and very trustworthy.
Several years ago, the Prior Lake local jeweler my wife and I had worked with finally retired. We had so appreciated and enjoyed dealing with a small 'family' store that we looked for someone with the same experienced skills and neighbor-like style. We found both of these at Real Gem in Shakopee, working with Beth and Ginger. They have assisted us in routine maintenance of designer watches and jewelry, and in repairs of an heirloom wedding ring. I am new to the area and was looking for a local jewelry store to fix the clasp on my pearls. The employee who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. My pearls were sent out that day for repair and I was informed that I would get a call about price once the expert looked at them. I look forward to being able to wear them again.
Dwayne, Beth, and Ginger worked very closely with me to help me choose the exact engagement ring I wanted. They stayed within my budget, let me see numerous diamonds, settings, and their customer service was second to none. I cannot recommend anyone else higher. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!
I always enjoy the welcoming nature of the staff. They were able to help me with my watches, without me having to come back. Great customer service!!!
