Students involved in the program can choose from four specific areas of health. Each member of the program has the opportunity to advance into a Team Leader position, and attend BACCHUS Initiative – NASPA conferences with other universities around the country.
The R.E.A.L. Peer Health Educators share in the mission of The SUU Health & Wellness Program to promote the physical and emotional well-being of students through comprehensive programming, campus wide events, peer education, the sharing of up-to-date accurate health information and resources, and providing information and support regarding their own or someone else’s health and well-being.
