I am a Certified Biofeedback Specialist, Stress Management Specialist, and a MindNRG Coach. WOW! That is a mouthful, but what does it all mean? During a session, I use a biofeedback device that measures reactions, coaching strategies and techniques, aps, and supportive products to teach and empower you to understand that external stressors are actually a myth. In other words, stress is not about the environment, but about the thinking. The real discordance is between thinking and reality. The internal abstractions of our minds keep us captive to a belief that is not serving us and that in truth we simply lack insight. Once we gain insight and perspective, our relationship with a “stressor” goes from victim to victor. Beliefs do cause real physiological responses when they are not aligned with what is true and real. Often we just chase the physical symptoms and seldom find any other resolution other than medicating or supplementing. However, if we go to the heart of the belief that the mind is held captive by we can get to the place of real transformation and potential to really live.
