Divorce Mediation
Joanne Naiman, Esq., and Genna Rosten Margolis, Esq., are the principals of Reasonable Divorce Resolutions. They both have been practicing attorneys for over twenty years, who now focus full-time on divorce and family mediation.
Ms. Namian is a certified mediator who writes on divorce for national audiences. She won a Clarion Award for Excellence in News Reporting for “The Deadly Practice of Divorce.” She also blogs for The Huffington Post, recently contributing “The 8 Myths of Divorce Mediation.”
Ms. Margolis started her legal career in Brooklyn Family Court, prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases on behalf of the City of New York. She appeared in Family Court on a daily basis and has litigated custody/visitation, foster care, and domestic violence cases.
