This is a convenient car wash for me that I have gone to periodically for many years. In general I go here because I like the area it's in. My most recent experience was not my best experience though. In order to clean my vehicle I had to stop and move to a different stall because of equipment not working properly. This surely cost me extra money since I had to scan my credit card and start over multiple times. It was also annoying that I could not tell what setting the sprayer was set to because most of the labels were worn off and missing... This combined with the fact that there was no soap coming out of the sprayer in the first stall had me feeling pretty annoyed by the time I was finished. At this point I'm not likely to go back here again, but if I do hopefully these problems won't still exist. It is winter and winter weather is probably rough on this equipment.
This place I used another back in the days. Well cared for and clean. This visit was a mistake.! It is so run down for the neighborhood. A cab over truck was on the lot cleaning his truck out. That was a first for me. Will not be going back!
First and last time using this car wash. Maybe it was the bay I used 2nd from automatic wash, but this is the worst car wash I have personally been to. I couldn't read all of the positions on the selector because the pictures were missing. You can use your debit card, but the only way to stop it is to allow the time to run out which is different from others I have been to so I had to wait before allowing the car behind me in to ensure time wasn't added to my card by someone else. The hose for the brush was leaking soap from the top at the arm onto my truck while I rinsed it and after I was done and the spot free rinse was reduced to less than a trickle after rinsing not even half of my truck. Frustrated and disappointed to say the least.
This has to be one of the most neglected non-functioning car washes I've been to. The only function that worked in the bay was high pressure wash nothing else, the ceiling was leaking water as you can see in the video. Glass and dirt littered the parking lot that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I would stay away and just drive up the street to the one on Telegraph and Reavis.
2.00 car wash . not too busy but reletively clean
Easily one of the best self service car wash facilities in South St Louis. Everything works and supplies are all good so no "no soap" issues at this place while sucking up your quarters! Update 9/202022- Has become one of the worst self wash locations due to spotty maintenance and upkeep. On my last visit had a non functioning wash that had been vandalized and only one change machine is functional. If they no longer make that typeas employee explained to me that he couldn't get parts order a new machine?!
This place is the biggest dump I've ever seen and I have wrote horrible reviews before and it just gets worse so obviously the owner doesn't care they need to just bulldoze it down. None of the vacuums work it's dirty there's trash everywhere and every time I go to use the car wash either the phone doesn't come out the soap doesn't come out or it just doesn't work at all don't waste your money coming here! What's really sad is I used to come here years ago every other day and it was fine I don't know what's going on there now but I'm tired of it taking my money and I will not be back and I hope no one else does either unless he fixes these problemsService: Vacuuming
Obviously an ideal place for Washing cars, as well as Cleaning out the inside. Kinda expensive but it is convenient. Just make sure to Be fast and efficient, not thorough and inefficient, time is money just an heads up
I wouldn't use this wash again if they paid me to. Terribly neglected, mediocre soap/chemicals, change machine trashed and broken, I'd suggest literally going ANYWHERE else to was your ride.
Everything is always broken The bays are flooded and muddy The auto cash wash isn’t working most of the time
