If you’re looking for great service, great products and a fun environment this is the place to be. I’ve purchased phones, computers and internet extenders from here and haven’t had a problem yet. Jordan is very knowledgeable and he helps you understand what you need if it can’t be done. He’s very helpful and friendly. Today I sent my son to have his phone checked out or purchase another one. He could’ve easily said it can’t be fixed and sold him a phone but he didn’t. He fixed it and sent him on his way. I will forever send business to REBOOT and stay a loyal customer. Thank you friends.
This place is getting 3 stars from me because when you go into the store to sell something it depends on who helps you as to how much you will get. I sold 2 computers to them at different times and the first time the person I dealt with quoted me $400 dollars which he did not have in the drawer so he closed the store for a short while and went to the bank to get it. Now that is 5 star customer service to me but 0 to other customers standing at the door waiting to get in. The second computer which was even higher end than the first only got me just over $300 because that is all they had in the drawer. I watched the employee on duty empty the register on that sale. That is 0 star customer service to everyone. So overall Reboot is just an average Pawnshop specializing in electronics. If you go there, be aware that you might not get your item's cash value if they don't have the cash in the register as the person on duty may not close the store to get it and just give you what they have on hand. And of course the owner of the shop puts up a half scripted comment. Probably didn't even comprehend what I said. You guys need to keep a lot of extra cash on hand so the employee on duty won't have to close the store to get it and the customer will get what the item is really worth instead of getting ripped off because you don't keep enough cash on hand.
Just had my phone screen replaced. Jordan was super easy to work with. He gave a great price and threw in a phone case and screen protector. I noticed a small discoloration on the screen and found out it was connected a film on the screen protector, I think. Was still in the parking lot when I noticed it so I went back in. He fixed it right away. I highly recommend this business!
I come here all the time. Jordan’s always helpful and knows his stuff. I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good used phone or looking to repair.
This place is awesome Jordan is the best around and they are fair and friendly .I couldn't imagine having a phone with out them my wife's phone has been messed up twice took it to Jordan and he fixed it in a matter of minutes .your the best jordan!!!!!
After a review of purchasing an iPhone 13, it didn’t work right, hanging up every call. I went back in and the guy running the store changed some settings and I left thinking it was fixed ,it was not. I had 14 days to return but instead I wrote a negative review. I didn’t follow up to see the reply but instead walked in on day 14 mad as a wet hen only to find out the manager had replied it was their job to make customers happy and to come in and they would make it right. They did just that! I got a new phone and the customer service of one of the nicest young men. I am terribly sorry I jumped the gun and I recommend them to everyone
This place is amazing. The guy we had was very helpful and very kind he gave us very good deals on everything we got we got new phone and headset and phone case he even changed my battery in my phone for me. I would recommend this place to anyone. This is the best phone store around for anything phones tvs tablets cases everything.
Great experience at Reboot! Jordan was able to fix an issue with my computer that another computer repair shop wasn't able to. He was professional and very helpful. I'll never go to another computer shop!
This store is amazing. Chris and Tim are fantastic people. I've gone here everytime I've had any problem with my gaming PC. And they fix it, no problem. Even helped me get some better components on sale. I highly recommend everyone who needs an electronic fix come here. Also they buy/sell tons of awesome stuff. My PC is running way better since I took it to here. 100/10 absolutely fantastic shop.
