Very clean! Loved the store! Staff could have been a little friendlier. The two employees were busy with one customer. I waited patiently and walked the whole store, and still no one asked if I needed help.
I bought a new SPA from them. It has had nothing but problems from the very beginning. I can't even get them to return my calls. I've left messages and e-mails for 2 months. I would never recommend them!!!
This store is simply a disgrace to the community. I went in to inquire about purchasing a new cover for my hot tub. Being that the brand I have is no longer in business, Rebecca & Misty helped to determine a brand that was equivalent to what I have by comparing the measurements. They took my information and stated that Pam would contact me because she's the ONLY person who's able to place the order. Well, Pam never called me after waiting for 1 week. Everytime I would call the store to speak with mystery Pam, she was not available. I finally reached her after trying several times. Pam asked me to send her pictures of the hot tub to ensure she could locate the correct cover to fit the tub that I have. I took the pictures and sent her the email the very next day in hopes of getting the price to proceed with the ordering process. Well, as you can imagine, I never received a call or a response via email. So again, I took time out of my Saturday afternoon to teturn to the store for the 3rd time to find out why it has has been such a difficult task to place an order for the cover. During this visit, Rebecca informed me that Pam was on vacation and that she "probably" didn't contact me back because she couldn't find a cover for me. I chuckled.... She then called Shane to inform him of the situation. Rebecca returned by stating that because Leisure Bay is no longer in business, they can't do anything for me. This is the conclusion that they came up with after stringing me along for 1 month. I was planning to purchase a lot more than the cover from this store. But after their poor customer service and lack of communication, I'll take my money elsewhere. I find it extremely sad that I can't spend my money in the community where I reside.
I had my jacuzzi for over 3 years. The pump was going bad and after trying to us my home warranty that I pay every month faithfully, I was told outdoor services Jacuzzi/hot tubs are not covered. I decided to go back to the source where I purchased my hottub and was informed by Home Rec that I still had warranty. They came out a few days later the fix the issue and now my system is running well. Thank you Home Rec for taking care of this issue!!
Did not deliver complete pool. Found out when installer arrived 7 weeks after purchase. Now having to wait for warehouse to call for parts that I should have already had. Edited 7/26--management has gone above and beyond to correct the oversight that caused the missing parts. We now have all of our necessary parts and supplies and are ready for install!
Great sales. Lots of choices of spa tubs very inexpensive.
These guys are great! Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought a spa here and they were extremely accommodating. They also have great prices for your chemicals.
Knowledgeable and professional service PLUS a great selection of billiard table accessories. I purchased pool cues for my husband at Christmas and he loves them!
Today I went into Home Recreation for the first time. The staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Their customer service was on point! As I were leaving out I expressed to Miss D that my boys lost their basketball that went to their electronic basketball game and she immediately, without hesitation, reach and gave me two mini basketballs. I am so grateful for her thoughtfulness and kind gesture. I would highly recommend paying them a visit.You will not be disappointed with their service.
Office hours say 10-6. I drove 40 mins to get the home and recreation in McDonough to look at pool tables to get here at 5 and it’s closed. Highly upset
