We were helped out today by a friendly employee! I believe his name is Evrick/Employee: 169. He helped us find the correct antifreeze we needed, and had a great convo over cars during checkout. Thanks for helping us out with our “1919” Jeep.
Awesome experience at Napa, Fellow employee Bob. H. Taking the initiative and time with myself to help make my time worthwhile during my time of confusion. He explained everything as thorough as possible for me to understand. Even took the time out of his day to help me with my wiper blade. Great environment there as well, all employees looking to help with what ever they can as soon as you walk in.
Convenient location. Didn't have what I needed today, but staff was friendly. Grateful they can test your battery and alternator in the vehicle. Also has a paint store and heavy truck parts.
Had everything we needed and let us use their parking lot to work on our truck
Wow, I'm not sure what's going on here. The counter help are openly hostile to each other in front of customers. My last few trips to this store was unproductive and unprofessional.
Bought top of the line brake pads and brake rotors. They didn't stand by the warranty I called and had to talk to a manager that would not honor the warranty. Most of the parts are made in other countries and the warranty isn't worth the extra price.
Really depends on which employee you get. Some are okay. A couple are great. Seems most have a poor attitude and don't do anything that causes them any amount of work. Couple that with increased cost. I go there when my options are limited. Mostly no thanks
Merchandise selection is extensive and very organized in aisles/shelves. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The biggest gripe I have is the length of time it takes to make your purchase. There is NO RUN IN AND OUT to get anything. Even though your merchandise requirement is simple and easy to find - there is always a long wait at the counter to check out. They need to set up a separate checkout register for quick purchases - use the counters for customers who need a special part that requires looking it up and finding it in the storeroom shelves.
Amazing people that work there! Brandon helped my husband change out our alternator after it went out on our way passing through. He didn't have to help but he went the extra mile and did. Thank you so much Brandon for helping getting our little family back on the road and for the new belt, we defiantly will be paying this forward.
Having the quality parts on hand 90°+ of the time. With a staff of men N women that are very knowledgeable and friendly they go the extra mile. Plus the coffee and popcorn are a classy touch !!!!!!! Thanks to them all for the excellent service!!!!! Clements Wojtysiak 04/16/2020 @ 0700
