It’s been about 2 weeks and I’ve been displeased with how my lashes look the entire time. The tech told me she put almost 90 on each eye but I’ve gotten the same amt, thickness, curl, and length done at other places and they’re WAY more noticable than how these came out. I got the cat eye option and my outer lashes have been drooping since the second day see pic. I take great care of my lashes and thought the problem would fix itself but they simply were not put on correctly, the tech herself said she hardly does cat eye. I didnt give 1 star because the tech was very nice and the whole experience was actually very pleasant, but at the end of the day I’m looking for a quality lash extension- and I expected more from the place ranked #1 on groupon.
The customer service here sucked. I booked for a glamour set of lashes to be done. I arrived a little late however I do give plenty of notice and was informed it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived the lady asked me what service I wanted and I let her know that I wanted a glamour look. She goes nope, I can’t do that because I have an appointment after and it takes too long so I’ll just stick however many lashes I can in half an hour. I refused and walked out to the receptionist. I explained what just happened and she wasn’t even fazed by it. She told me that since I didn’t get a service performed she would charge me a $20 cancellation fee. And I told her to rebook or ask her manager since I did give notice and her staff was really rude. I was told they would contact me about the cancellation and they never did.
The first time I went in 2019 I had a good massage. I went last night for a "deep tissue". It was more like light tissue. My therapist barely made an impression despite my asking her to use more pressure. Will not be coming back. I'm happy I paid Groupon price not their usual $145, which I cannot imagine throwing my money away like that.
Came here on a Groupon for lashes. Not the best, not the worst. Space is clean and you get a private room which is not always the case at lash spas around the city. Personal preference but I didn’t love the lashes or the application process. They charge a $5.50 fee for using a Groupon maybe I missed some fine print in addition to encouraging you to tip $20-25. All in all, for me it was not bad enough to complain, but not stellar enough to go back.
I came here for a Xmas gift on a couple massage and the message felt more like she was rushing through. The women asked if I wanted any areas of focus, after I told her she barely touched the shoulders, and the time flew by. Keep in mind they didn't have any other rooms filled. The communication during the massage was almost move existent. The rooms are okay, but they don't have area rugs or anything else on the floor and they feel a little dirty. The massage beds are not the best and the head rest area is hard. I've been to another massage place and I felt one this one was like have a kindergartener do your massage vs an adult. Also the toilet in the bathroom was pretty dirty. They got 2 stars instead of 1 because I felt like they showed up so they get plus 1 star for trying. Also when you checkout the girl at the front immediately hands you an envelope, which is confusing because she only asked how was it, we said good and she was like "boom!, you should give them a tip". The tip amounts were way for for the quality of services and amenities they didn't have. This place is equivalent to a happy ending facility without a happy ending of a good massage.
A wonderful atmosphere with really friendly staff. I was treated by Alssiya and she was loovveelly! I had a groupon and she gave me choices on how my lashes could look and also lots of info. Very relaxing music and I felt well taken care of. A++++from me!
So I saw online first time visit gets a discount. Not the truth at all they gave me 10% off. Second thing we’re the ladies at the front the receptionist are constantly gossiping and laughing and being extremely obnoxious. The most frustrating thing is I had a photo shoot the upcoming Wednesday and had a facial done three days before and was told I won’t be red I was still very red and was lied about the downtime regardless if I have sensitive skin which they were informed about they should of took a different route of facial. Overall the vibe was horrible and didn’t like the place I gave a tip because my facial lady Electra was the only nice one. DO NOT GO!
I love this spa, the music is always tranquil, They offer cookies and chocolate, who doesn't love that , its quiet and everyone's very sweet and nice. I get my Eye Lashes done by Jess who is such an Amazing soul. She takes her time and they always look very natural, I always get compliments and people think they're my real eyelashes until I tell them otherwise. It's a wonderful ambiance and near really good cafe's and shops in case you need coffee or a snack before or after your visit.
Had to wait for 15 min even though I had an appointment. They were prepared for a massage though I had booked a facial. Did not feel a noticeable difference after the treatment but might be subjective. It was fine for the discounted Pulsd deal but would not spend $120.
