Red Claws Crab Shack - Arlington

This was the worst restaurant experience we have had. Music skipped the entire time we were here. Food was not flavorful the best thing we had was the Cajun fries. We have had better fish at burger joints. Calamari was rubbery and tasteless and served with mayonnaise sauce. Fried Pickles were were even bland. Gumbo tasted like chunky water. I can not recommend eating at this restaurant. Restrooms were a mess and out of hand soap.

Red Claw is always delicious. The RC kick sauce used in the boiled seafood is the best in the game. Their garlic noodles are packed with flavor as well.Food: 5/5

A cool spot close to home. The food was good, and we had crab, shrimp, calamari, garlic noodles & boiled eggs, corn, and party wings. The "drinks" taste more like mocktails I will just get a soda next time.Food: 4/5

Meh, yes, I've had much better. I decided to visit this restaurant because of the high reviews. Order at the counter, then have a seat. I ordered 1 lb Snow Crab Legs with the most popular sauce medium and Crown on The Rocks. Also, I ordered the sauce on the side. When they brought my food, I could smell an odor. Sigh, it's okay. I asked for lime or lemon and dipped the crab meat into the sauce to mask the smell. Overall, I got my crab boil crab only fix.

I use to love this place but after the experience I got yesterday I don’t know if I will be returning here. The food was trash it had no flavor to it , i tasted more butter than seasoning and that’s not good. After I eat the shrimps I put the whole bag in the trash can because I couldn’t take the bland taste. My feelings was really hurt because I haven’t had it in a while finally got it and it wasn’t what I expected.

My review of this restaurant is that the food is quite delicious; however, I noticed an issue with the fried rice portion – it's a bit smaller than expected.Food: 4/5

First time... pretty good. You order your food & pay before you sitdifferent but it was cool. Food didn't take long at all to come out, everything fresh. Garlic noodles, seafood fried rice delicious. #3 bag was full and spice level was on point. "Catfish" was okay, I don't have to have that again...but definitely going back.. Arlington location

This place was recommended to my husband & unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. I chose mild spice level & it was very spicy for my taste. The Cajun fries were hard. My son did not like his chicken tenders. The RC Kick was not what I expected and it was was not mixed properly. They just chunked everything in a bag and did not mix.

I visited here about two weeks ago. I enjoyed my food and the variety of selections from the menu. The staff was attentive and friendly. Please not they take payment prior to seating. Also the seafood is CHHHEEEAAAPPPPPP and gooooodddddd! The drinks got me tipsy as well.

Tonight’s visit to say this least was disappointing I drive a hour once a week to my favorite place. This evening I let Thong know that my shrimp were over cooked and mushy. It doesn’t happen to often however tonight it did. Thong response was “They Look Normal, I proceed to show him others were overcooked and they others we had to fight to peel. It was close to closing however that no excuse when as a patron we are paying our good money. I also noticed the fries where fried extremely hard, the fries fluctuates from big to small this visit they were smaller then McDonald’s fries and just soooo hard. I’ve never received the type of service I did tonight especially to have a manager argue with you. Nonetheless I kept the peace, because this isn’t normal service. Hope this reaches someone whom can speak with Thong about his poor management skills. Hoping next week will be a better visit for me.
