Mediocre massage. The areas that I communicated that needed more attention were over looked. The masseuse massaged my areas of concern at the end of the massage when there was only 5 mins left, it was a waste of money. When it came time to pay, the ladies at the cashier ask you how much you’d like to tip instead of handing over the machine. The hot pool & sauna were definitely a great part of the included amenities. It’s a nice clean facility but I will be trying new places when I’m back.
Incredible experience, well trained, extremely friendly, accommodating staff. Chris did amazing on my massage and I could not have asked for a better experience. Got me in pretty last minute and accommodated my boyfriend while he waited, incredibly relaxing well done environment, extremely professional and formal all the way around. I would give this place more than 5 staffs if I could
I've had countless massages in my life and never have I had such a relaxing and inviting experience. all of the extra amenities that you get with the massage are incredible too, so so so worth it. if I ever find myself in Banff again I will absolutely be coming back!
I went here for a couple massage plus hydrotherapy and have never felt more relaxed. Great service, amazing amenities, and the masseuses did a fantastic job!
My husband and I had a 90 minute couples massage with massage therapists Sydney Mannell and Chris Anger and it was the best massage either of us have ever had. Chis worked my problem areas and left me feeling refreshed and relaxed and even showed me some stretches after the massage to help the area. Sydney was awesome about checking in with my husband on pressure amounts and problem areas to work on. Overall an amazing experience, we highly recommend!
My mom and myself had massage treatments here the week before mothers day. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The facilities were clean, easy access to the hot tubs, and quiet. We both had Yuko do our massages and she was fantastic! Yuko is such a super star, she made great recommendations and amazing treatment. You can tell she has a lot of experience with different types of treatments as well.
Spa was fantastic. Hot tub was nice but had an extremely loud humming pitch sound that the a staff reported to be a new normal for the tub. Twas not relaxing.
The staff were very helpful and skilled. The treatments were very relaxing and exactly what I needed. Loved the whole experience.

This place was amazing. Didn't get to see the pool, but the atmosphere is wonderful, the staff delightful, and the massage incredible. Will be going back if the chance pops up for another one. It is on the pricier side, but it is worth it.
