Bought a 2022 Z900RS from here. No hassles and no nonsense. Nate was quick to get me an out the door price with everything laid out on the price sheet. He helped me get a deposit down to secure the bike before I made the drive to pick it up. At the dealership everything was smooth with no hidden fees or any games that some dealerships like to play. The price he sent me was the price I paid. He helped me load up and secure the bike on my truck and I was on my way. Overall a great buying experience that other bigger dealerships should look to emulate. Nate was quick to respond to any questions I had and he was a pleasure to work with.
I brought a Yamaha motorcycle from RedHills Powersports and the customer service was excellent!!!! Todd, was very professional, on-time, and he was very important to detail. He send me photos, video and text messages of the motorcycle and it was everything I excepted. Now me and my wife have a His & Hers Yamaha and I owe it all to Redhills Powersports. Thank you for everything.
I went into the shop to buy my first bike and Tod Ward was super helpful. He walked me through what bike would be good for me to learn on and what would fit my needs. He answered all my questions and overall a really great experience. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family!
Wife and picked up a Talon 1000r fox live valve from Red Hills. We drove up from Orlando, couldn't be happier from phone conversations with Brian, Jessica, and Christian. Once we made the drive up there to pick it only took a half hour They had everything ready. Jessica had the aftermarket parts we wanted installed just as we asked. Christian had all the paper work ready for us. Thanks again Red Hill. P.S. Nate even came out after we were ready to leave to help show me were the put the port for the winch control. Anyone thinking of a Honda Talon this is our second one we own now. They take anything you can dish out.
If I was able to give more stars I would. This place had amazing customer service. Todd helped me find the bike I wanted at a fair price. Their showroom was very organized and every employee had an great attitude. Charlie was the best part of the place.
We’ve made two purchases with Brian, easy time has been a breeze. Brian is easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. We’re in and out within 10 mins of finalizing everything.
A great shop with great customer service, both salesman I spoke to were great. Robb and Todd took wonderful care of me in sales. Christian and the finance team are so nice they made me feel at home.
This is my first time leaving a review but I feel it is a must. I received excellent service from Todd who was genuine and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. He is the last of a dying breed who wants the best for his customers. Thank you!
Love this place... I cant stop spending my money there... Yep. Bought another bike from Brian!!! I think he's one of only a very few salesman I trust! Brian is honest and easy going with no stress. He WILL get you the best deal he can... im happy with the deal.
Hey! We picked up our 2023 Polaris Ranger 1000 today! These guys are the best! No padding the bill, no unkept promises- just honest, straightforward this is what we want and " yes, we can do that." All the guys were top notch and delivered 100% of what we wanted. We traveled 300 miles to Red Hills because of availability, price, and honest business practices. You won't be disappointed here. Kudos Todd and Christian!
