Red Hills Trailer Park

Very very smooth experience. Not only did they pay to move our trailer, but they also set up stairs, skirting and repaired our windows. The application process was very easy, and the staff is extremely friendly. This is how all businesses in Gallup should be run!

The company that runs the park impact communities is a joke they keep jacking up the rent every 6 months constantly complaining about everything now the newest rip off scam is if u have more than 2 vehicles that you drive every day that you have to pay 25$ per vehicle we pay too much for these spaces as it is and they continue to come up with these new ways to rip residents off the manager is a good person but the people above her giving the orders are con artists

If something minor is not what they like they have no problem telling you in a mountain of paperwork saying what they deem "community standards" is about. But ask for them to do their job and maintaining their space for which is why they charge so much shrubs which may cause property damage, it's when they have time or remember? Roads are in need of repair badly! The rent will go up annually to re-evaluate your price for better serving "You" and the community!? But not to fix anything.

FIX THE DAMN POT HOLEZ PEOPLE OF MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE!!!

New management is doing a wonderful job cleaning up the place. Many of the residents are complaining because of the laws that are being enforced. All of the rules are for a reason. The rules are set in place to make this park a beautiful place to live. Nobody wants to look out the window and see the junk, or as I should say the junk yard that has built up in BOTH of your neighbors yards. Nobody wants to be threatened by vicious barking dogs every time you step foot outside your home. Nobody wants to smell dog poop all day ,everyday you leave or go home. And for geez sake put some paint on your home and repair the broken skirting on your home once in a while so it will look nice and last a lot longer. These items are not just rules of the park, these are adopted city ordinances that where voted on and adopted by the registered voters of Gallup. So it doesn’t matter where you live, these things are expected of anyone living anywhere in Gallup. If you want to live like some of them do with no regards to your fellow neighbors. Move outside of town and live how ever you want.

This place has improved. park maintenance Mr lahey and Randy are pretty cool n do their jobs good. The 2 ladies in management are cool and are super hot. Like model type hotness. Haha

New owners are raising rates but have been using extra money efficiently. They have paved the basketball court, changed the signs if your into that, and gave everyone trash bins for weekly pickup. Overall is an okay place to live probably the second best trailer park to live in due to the parks condition and maintenence done daily to better the park. The park also has a nice view of a local hogback and even trails yet to be made and hiked around the park. There are limited things to do but the owners are adding more community gathered events whether it would be a local flea market or cookouts.

Pretty good place to live but the land lords can be rude and not so understanding at times. No playground for kids but has a somewhat okay basketball court. There have been a lot of break ins here so you have to be very cautious.

I never thought the manager of this place would hang up because I was upset about the notice I received on my door 4 days ago. The noticed said I could not change my oil...well...I know I'm tough but I don't change my oil!! I wanted to know where the managers were getting their information and to also ask why only 4 days later I got another notice saying to remove all my items off the porch. Two months ago they had my suburban impounded saying it didn't run...n it does. Just not legal to drive. No registration or insurance...plus not safe due to old tires. Now that's costing me a BIG hole in my poor families pocket! Still is. Paying on my bill every week to try n save a family ride...that's been in my in-laws family for decades! It's been tough living here... wondering who's looking at you, placing judgement on the way u live because your poor or broke! My husband broke his back last year and I have not been able to work due to all the medical appointments and trying to balance things between him my new born my babies and helping my mom who also became ill. I'm sorry I'm not in your financial world. But this is my home! And I pay my rent on time. I don't feel that it is necessary at all to hang up on anyone when there a problem. Especially if your a manager or any type of supervisor! Unprofessional! And what are they worried about? Everything you say now is on a recorded line! I had something to say n was told they had to hang up because I mentioned a lawyer. State attorney general's office that is. There's gotta be some laws that can help renters from this form of harassment! No traditional blankets in windows...can't stain your porch...got to repaint it white...well maybe I want a change? Why can't I have a change in the color of my porch? N why all the obsessive charges? Some of those things have to be illegal. Not happy living here any more after almost a decade!! I want to get out of here!!! I can't breathe any more!! I would not recommend anyone to live here just because of the management...so sad... because it's a beautiful property!

My family has lived here for more than 30+ years. Its home. It has changed quite a bit but I loved that our street is quiet and neighbors are respectable.
