The City of Cape Girardeau has zero tolerance for advertising, profanity and/or discriminatory speech on their Facebook pages. We encourage sharing and commenting, but followers posting profanity and discriminatory language will have their comments removed. Repeat offenses may lead to further action. If a comment is removed, a page administrator will mention the removal to the follower in advance by commenting. The follower is then invited to repost without profanity.
