Red Lobster

Arrived around 6pm had a 20 min wait time estimated wait time was 30 min. It was rather busy, so not too bad. Our waitress was pleasant but did not make frequent rounds to our table. People who were seated after us received their food 10 min before we did only 2 of us. But the food was hot and delicious. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this restaurant. Parking: There is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant .

I went into the restaurant to use a gift card. That was presented to me at work.. It was good because I had a very short wait and went to the bar period only 1 person was working the bar and she was easily overwhelmed and the food was late. I did not could any bread for nearly an hour. The soup an hour and 20 minutes and then. Lastly, I had a very loud and rude woman a Former Marine to boot. Sit next, to me, She was cursing at me due to political disagreements. Management was barely aware of what was going on, and even though he did eventually correct the situation. It took entirely too long to respond. Of course, it was a small woman doing the yelling and not a large man like I am. And the customer service was respectfully mediocre at best. This was my first time to a red lobster. In the better part of a decade period I'm sure this is a one time incident or a Murphy's law type of thing. But I will never go back to a red lobster for the probably the rest of my days. The chicken I had was adequate and the soup was delicious. But that experience overall put a terrible taste in my mouth.

Always a good choice, food is consistent service is always great! The only downside is they take a long time to bring your food out only 20 people eating in the restaurant we didn't mind because we snacked on delicious buttery biscuits while waiting. I highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese so goo!!

Came to Red Lobster for all you can eat Shrimp and a Lobsterita. Eileen was our server, easily the best service ever!! She hustled bringing the Shrimp, never a delay, Coconut, and Scampi was our favorite. The Lobsterita was huge. Got an email about it, 5$ special, super delicious! Thanks Eileen and crew! Haven't been to Red Lobster in years so we thought we'd try it again. We sat at bar and I felt so sorry for our bartender who was working by herself and had no support from management. Apparently they are trying a new program where they hire less people and tack on additional responsibilities for each employee they do actually hire. Our bartender was amazing and tried so hard to keep up but it was a struggle. They are setting their employees up for failure all to save a buck.... long wait times on food due to skeleton staff in kitchen dirty classes stacked on the counter top at bar.... I think it's a shame they are doing this to their employees. Won't be going back anytime soon

Waitress was fantastic but harmed by management a d kitchen. Waitress was doing 3 jobs at once. Between that and unknown kitchen issues, it took 45 minutes to get one shrimp reorder on all you could eat, I had boxed to go, and it was obvious I did not have time for a reorder again. Again, our waitres was great, kept us advised, and very flustered her shelf. I like Red Lobster, but wlll not go back for a long while. Hopefully, they can fix their issues.

I went for my birthday, I gave a 4 star cause the server did not offer me my birthday desert, although he knew I was celebrating my day. A birthday dessert was bought for another guest, but they have already left. It was being returned, and then I said it's my birthday. I will take itFood: 5/5
