Red Lobster

I came in for dinner today with my husband and two of our adult children. Three of us ordered endless shrimp and my daughter ordered a burger. Everything came out hot and fresh. My husband and daughter both ordered the chocolate wave cake for dessert. Our only complaint was that it was really hot where we were sitting. Otherwise, everything was great.

Love Red Lobster and last time we were here it was bad BUT this time it was great! Heide was AMAZING. Great energy and customer service. The steak was delicious & the lobster was perfect. Everything was so good. YAY, loves. I was very happy to see they fixed everything and it is so much better now, like it was before. Will be back. For sure. Parking: Spacious

Depending on your seating area, the heating and cooling and be a huge annoyance. When the heat is on you're pretty warm, when the AC is on it cools your food rather quickly. Great staff!Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes

Went to celebrate our 7th anniversary. We both got the Seafarer's Feast. Our sever was Terrilyn C. Not only was our food amazing but so was our server. West Dundee Red Lobster never disappoints.

The service was really great, it was a time we all loved. First time no one had need for a TO GO Bowl.

Very nice waitress! She checked on our table multiple times and was very friendly. Food is very high quality and the cheddar bay biscuits are delicious!! 10/10 would recommend!

My stuffed mushrooms just wasn’t right this time around. Seemed super watery. But I got the endless shrimp to go. Lol wasn’t endless but definitely worth the price for a seafood craving pregnant lady lol but the shrimp was supposed to be some bacon shrimp but it was just the regular garlic butter sauce no bacon.

We were a large part of 8 & were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was super nice and very efficient. Drinks were quickly provided for everyone. It was no problem to get new or refills on the drinks. We all had Endless Shrimp. Refills of our choice of shrimp were kept coming so no one was ever out of food until they said 'no more'. Desert was offered but we all had to refuse as we were all full. The food was excellent, cooked too perfection and served hot. We never felt rushed even though we sat talking when we were finished eating. Overall this was a very enjoyable evening and eating experience for all of us. I highly recommend this Red Lobster location in West Dundee. It has exceeded all expectations both food and service. Parking: There is sufficient parking including handicap parking. If the main lot is full, there are several hundred spots immediately across a small road.

Just a great experience from the moment we entered the the restaurant. We had an excellent server. Heidi was amazing! The food was delicious and prepared as ordered. Drinks were mixed on point, so big shout out to the bartender. Overall our party totally enjoyed ourselves and glad we chose to dine here tonight. Thanks for making it a memorable night!

There was no bartender so the bar was closed, it made our hour long wait very long but part of our group of 11 went to the bar next door while the rest of us were perfectly happy to wait until we were seated to order a beer. The host was a young man with red hair and I watched many people give him grief about the bar being closed. He was very professional and apologized but it's not his fault! I felt bad for him but he took it well and responded empathetic and professional. Great host! Our waitress was Bethany and she was wonderful! We were never without endless shrimp. Didn't have to wait for the next order at all! We were there for 2 birthdays, both of my adult kids. Besides the hour wait, everything was awesome. Thank you!!
