Red Lobster

I'm impressed! I had a bad experience many years ago in Florida and never went back because of it. I had a wonderful experience this time and will be back. Everything was great! The service, food was amazing and wait time was great. Our server was very pleasant and caring. Thank you! Even the baby liked everything!!

I had such a great experience here. From the hostess to the waitress to every staff member I saw, nothing but friendliness and fantastic service. I got the Wednesday Surf & Turf special and it was delicious! It's been decades since I've been to a Red Lobster and I was so impressed by this location. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Plus, a 97% sanitation rating to boot! Features: Tables were sanitized and most employees were wearing masks.

Some ladies and I from my church met here yesterday, Saturday September 10, 2022, at 1 pm for lunch. We arrived at an opportune time as there was hardly anyone at the restaurant. We didn’t have to deal with any long lines, long wait, or a large crowd. We were seated quickly and our server met us promptly. Our server was friendly and professional. She took our orders right away and the food came out in a timely manner. We had a few dirty dishes that were set out with our appetizers and salads though. The food was good. Everyone enjoyed their dish. Everything had a good flavor and for the most part the texture was good as well. The ladies and I had a comfortable and enjoyable time. We played a few short games and had a nice lunch. This is a great place for large groups meeting to celebrate or have a bonding session. The atmosphere is conducive for both.

It's always touch and go here. It's my daughter's favorite place so we are here often. This time around the food was excellent. Everything was so fresh. I was pleasantly surprised. The girls had a great time and really enjoyed their food. Kid-friendliness: The kid menu is always a win . Parking: It's plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility.

Some in our party have not eaten at a red lobster, so we took the opportunity to share it with them. Even though the décor is dated, dark it was clean and staff were friendly. This is probably the better of the 2 closest to Raleigh Based on atmosphere, cleanliness and food quality.Food: 4/5

Red Lobster To Go is on point! It is fast, the workers are efficient and friendly. I have used this service a few times now. They do an amazing job of packaging the food so you still get the same taste, temperature, and appearance that you would get from eating in. I will definitely be back and they do not skimp on the food.

Moments like this last forever! Today was my father’s birthday after having our reservation messed up , we decided to stop by red lobster for something quick. I was upset at first because it wasn’t the restaurant I expected but I’m glad we went . The general manger Adrian Moore was amazing!! His staff was polite and place of establishment was clean and the food was even better ! We recently found out that my father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer so this birthday really meant a lot to me . Thank you so much for making our day special and creating another moment for me and my family to cherish forever

Tried the duo special. Got fish and chips and clam chowder for 15.99. Great portion. Fish was not as tender as i wished it were but overall good. Fries fresh and plentiful. Did not like the slaw at all . very strange taste. And the clam chowder was great. Asked for it to be extra hot and it was. Biscuits were amazing. Waitress was amazing. I believe her name is Kira. Nice atmosphere to have a peaceful meal.

Tia was outstanding. The whole staff from the manager down made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. The service and attention was better than we've experienced at Sullivan's. Every employee we passed on the way out went out of their way to acknowledge our family. Food was good and came out quickly even on a Saturday night. Remarkable experience for a large franchise restaurant.
