Food was pretty good. One of the lobsters was over done the other was perfect wevhad the duo lobster. The endless shrimp scampi and shrimp skewers were Fantastic and I Highly recommend it! Loved our waitress. She was quite attentive considering how packed the venue was. Atmosphere is clean and bright with lots of natural light. Could use a little more theme and/or decor. Dietary restrictions: There were plenty of gluten-free options for adults as well. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu with some gluten-free options as well. The Mac 'n' cheese is just your average kraft boxed Mac 'n' cheese. Could be improved upon by maybe adding lump crab to it or something.
This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. It took the waitress 45 minutes to even get our drinks to us and almost an hour for our food to get to the table. The fried foods were good and not at all spicy despite the fact that they use pepper in the batter. If you want to order the items baked or broiled and are pepper sensitive, order them plain and add your own seasoning at home. Also, I have added a picture of what sides can be ordered that are pepper friendly. Better this time service wise, Mark is amazing! He got us our drinks and biscuits within 15 minutes of sitting down. Had the endless shrimp and either the coconut shrimp or the pineapple tartar sauce had black pepper in it. The garlic shrimp scampi was delicious but the popcorn shrimp had no flavor unless dipped in the cocktail sauce. I didn't remember what did and what didn't have black pepper so I ordered the orzo rice which was both spicy and tasteless at the same time.
My friend enjoyed the mussels very much. The Mac and cheese was average. Crab legs with the potatoes were phenomenal. The salmon was the broiled option -- very flavorful but also very moist. I'd probably pick grilled next time. Lobster topped mash -- textures are too much together, def do the roasted potatoes, I'm sure that's superb. Walts shrimp isn't as great as they used to be -- or maybe I've confused it with a different shrimp option tbh. It was alright, def will skip the next time. The lobster bisque is more creamy than tomato-y - very filling with the biscuits, I learned the hard way The brussel sprouts are the star of the show for me -- a tad on the sweet side but such a nice contrast to the main dishes.
Ms. M was absolutely wonderful! She was polite and punctual. We had our drinks and appetizers right away and she got us our cute “lunch” bags togo! Will be back just because of her!Food: 5/5
The service wasn't great but thats because they only had two servers. They were trying to keep up as best they could. Had there been more staff it would have been better. The all you can eat shrimp was cooked well and had lots of options.
The food was good, but the service was slow. It almost felt like a table that was set after ours was getting our food. We did the all you can eat shrimp. They were getting food back to back, and we were having to wait 20 minutes or more. Our server was nice, but I think she was overloaded with tables. That is the only reason for not getting 5 starts.
Finding the establishment and getting a table was an easy and quick process. The wait time for food was longer then expected around 33 minutes. The food its self was good and entertaining see picture below. The atmosphere could be improved with better lighting and a different music choice. Over all I would give this red lobster a 3.785/5 stars. Your's truly, Andrew DeWitt
All the food was excellent. I had Scampi, Lobster and Scallops. All were cooked to perfection. My wife had the Salmon and shrimp, she said it was fantastic.Food: 5/5
Red Lobster I think is overrated in general, since it's a food chain and bit overpriced for what you get compared to local restaurants. Our waitress was actually very nice, so my poor Service rating wasn't her fault. The reason why I gave only 3 stars is because I needed to grab my sweater out of the car close to closing time. When I got back - and it took me only 1 min - the doors were closed. I left my phone at the table so I couldn't call my family. I don't have a problem with the doors being closed, but when I banged on the window to get the attention of a woman who worked there she just looked up, ignored me and left. What the hell?! Thankfully a customer walked by and she opened the door for me. You can make up your own opinion on that one, but that's not right in my eyes. Also, I know it's a restaurant where they serve Lobster but actually seeing these poor things sit in the water on display right by the entrance trying to get out and fight each other all tied up made me actually want to turn around. I only didn't, because my family wanted to try out Lobster. In the end this restaurant taught me that Lobster is not all that and to kill something that could live over 30 years for one small meal is a waste to me. But to each their own!
Took my granddaughter and her friend long wait but it was Saturday night food was great service good and the girls had a good timeFood: 5/5
