today i came in around 6 o’clock and the ladies who helped me were welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and assisted me with my 100 random questions about tadpoles. great service.

Red Mill has been the best pet store I have ever shopped at, and Iv had many pets all my adult life, with each individual needs. They are extremely knowledgeable about their health as far as food to other products for your fur baby. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else and I highly recommend this store. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming, which make it a better and enjoyable place to shop. They really take their time to teach you about what your buying if it’s a new product, verses just trying to push the most expensive brands on you, which is also a plus!

This is such a wonderful store. They put so much thought into every item they stock and price reasonably. They’ve beat out the larger stores on numerous items in my experience. Personable and extremely knowledgeable staff always willing to help in any way they can.

Red Mill is the only place I will shop for all of my pets needs. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the owners are kind and passionate about what they do as well. They have reasonable prices and can do special orders if able. They strive to make sure you leave feeling confident that you are purchasing the best products for your pet.

We have been a customer since they opened. Thus far, we really like this pet store. The staff is very friendly and most of them are knowledgeable about the product they carry. They are super helpful-will help you carry your things to your car, recommend products even if they don't have it on their shelf. They may not have everything that those big chains have but I will come back here because they treat you like your are important.

Great selection and fair pricing. The best part is the staff is knowledgeable and very eager to help, our sensitive stomach pupper finally has food she likes and tolerates because of the help we received here. This is our only pet store now and it's worth the drive.

I love this pet store!!! They are very knowledgeable about the best food for my dogs and so helpful always! I have witnessed numerous times where the gentleman who works here has offered to carry large heavy bags of food to peoples cars for them. The great teamwork between employees is also noticable! I also get crickets here for my bearded dragon. Love having a small town pet supply store like this so I can support a local business.
