The office is lovely and so clean. The staff are all so kind and helpful. The equipment is state of the art. Dr Mark and Catherine explained everything so thoroughly. Shay explained the charges and talked to my insurance people to get me the best estimate on coverage. They spent a lot of time taking care of my immediate needs at my first appointment. I’ve got my follow up appointment and can’t wait to see them again and it was all painless. They even provided me with a neck pillow when they saw on my chart that I had neck and back issues. I can’t say enough great things about Red Oak Family Dentistry. In need of a dentist? Make an appointment. You’ll be happy you did!
My entire experience as a new anxious patient with Red Oak Family Dentistry was superb. From scheduling the first appointment to paying the bill at the end of my visit. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. They took the time to acknowledged my concerns and answered my questions. The x-rays and cleaning were most impressive, as it was thorough, comfortable and informative. After my cleaning, the dentist did my exam, he too was super friendly and made sure all my questions had been answered. He then sent me on my way with a firm handshake. I then walked to the front desk with the hygienist to pay my bill. There the billing clerk was just as friendly and helpful. Every person I walked passed acknowledged me. Katheryn my hygienist was just fabulous. Dr Do has a diverse staff, various ethnic groups. To match the area we live unlike some places. My hygienist was Very personal, something that I value. She called me by name and allowed me to listen to my favorite classical music during cleaning. Dr. Do is savvy. Very professional and shows concern and comes in with a smile every time to me. On top of that, billing people give you everything in writing no surprises. I have never felt being taking advantage of since going to this dentist office.
Dr. Do, Kathryn & the entire team were top notch! From the minute I walked in, they were very welcoming, professional & genuinely actually care about their patients. I got to say I’m looking forward to going back for my next cleaning & highly recommended this team for any dental needs.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while after mine relocated, so I was very anxious about my first visit. Andrea was so patient with me & made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole visit. And Dr. Silcox was also great-he explained everything thoroughly & has a great bedside manner. I’m now much more comfortable about going back next time, & I’d recommend them to anyone!!
I went in for a dental emergency, they got me in the next day and were very nice and helpful! I hate going to the dentist and have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist. There was no hidden fees or surprises, they gave me all my options and did not pressure me either way. I tried red oak out and they immediately made me feel at ease I would definitely recommend them to someone.
I left Red Oak with a big smile on my face. The whole experience was great, I was scared for no reason! Andrea was so kind and gentle, she explained every step and that was very calming for me. Dr Mara was very nice also! I will definitely recommend Red Oak to anyone that needs a dentist.
This was my first visit to Red Oak Family of Dentistry since relocatingfrom Illinois. The staff made feel like I had been coming there for years. They were very professional and warm. They also work with you on treatments that are out of pocket, they give you payment options or schedules that make getting the work done less of a financial burden. They also don't try to up sale you on treatment you don't really need. Didn't think I could replace my awesome dentist Dr. Gregory Randolph in Bloomington IL, but if I have to have a new Dentist I am very happy with Red Oak.
Absolutely awesome! My appointment was an emergency appointment because a horrible tooth ache. Every staff member I met was so kind and caring,, including Dr Mara and dental assistant Angelica. I was referred for specialist treatment but Dr Mara did prescribe interim treatment for pain. I have my dental home!!
Had a great first time experience here! Staff and Dr Do were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a very professional and extremely friendly dentistry! Check them out!
