Red Robin knows how to make a burger! Their burgers are always excellent, don't forget about their endless fries, especially the garlic and parm fries - they are superb. Service was excellent, venue was great. My only complaint would be the bathrooms, they were not as clean as you would expect.Food: 5/5
I'm not sure what's going on here, but I guess they're trying to improve their service reviews? I dined in yesterday for the first time in a very long time. Everything was going great at first. My food was good and service was exemplary...until the staff became annoying asking me if everything was okay every 5 minutes. I was obviously fine, eating my food, my glass was full, I had just been checked on when first someone came up asking me to fill out a survey. I declined because I was busy. You know, eating. A couple of minutes later, yet ANOTHER person came up to check on me AGAIN. I told him that I had been asked multiple times and like I just said everything was fine, and go away. Instead of apologizing for annoying me, this unkempt man scolded me. He said that he was the manager and it was his job to check on me and that he didn't appreciate my tone. After that I never saw my server again, and I was not offered extra fries although I still had some on my plate and would not have accepted them. I left a generous tip with the tabletop bill-paying device because most of the staff did a great job. I will not rush back because the manager was so rude. This was on 9/10/2023 around 6pm He probably needs some additional training on how to avoid scolding patrons. And maybe how to apologize for being annoying. Dietary restrictions: I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun and fries. It's the next day and I have not had any evidence of a negative reaction.
I tried the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Sandwich for the first time, and I must say that it want be the last. The sandwich was very good. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and went well with the bacon and BBQ sauce. If you don't like a big and thick chicken breast then this is not the sandwich for you. Vegetarian options: There are some options on the menu. Parking: There is parking in front and on the side of the building. Kid-friendliness: It is definitely a kid friendly place. They serve burgers how can you go wrong?!
Visited this location during a soccer tournament. It wasn't too busy and the service was good. Their bottomless options are great. I had the Royal Red Robin burger and it was cooked perfectly as was the egg that topped it. My son got the mac and cheese and he liked it and since it was bottomless, he got 2 extra bowls after finishing his first. Good place to get a burger or the like and would visit again. Features: Disinfects all touched surfaces, double washes silverware, various menu options, masks optional.
I can't find enough words to express how annoyed I am with the curbside service. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:40. Called inside at 6:04 to let them know what spot I was in and was told the order wasn't quite ready yet but she'll bring it out when it's ready. 30 minutes later, still no food. I watched someone else that arrived after me get their food so I called to check on mine only to be told that's it had been ready for awhile. I was then asked if I called to let them know I was outside. When I responded yes, then it was oh...no one ever gave me the message. When I say I will neverrrr in life visit Red Robin again,I mean it.
Quite a few people working there, but only able to get one refill on fries. The bench seat was greasy and I cleaned it myself, but the appetizer was out quickly. Just my honest experience... Wheelchair accessibility: No automated doors and 2 sets to go through
Friendly staff and good burgers. I went on a Sunday during around lunch time. Did take out. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Burgers were delicious too. Would go back when I revisit this area again.Food: 5/5
The burgers were ok, I liked 5 Guys better! I was mostly disappointed in the service. The service I got was no where near the service my fiance received. He was asked if he wanted a refill before he had finished half his drink. And when he did need one it was brought to the table with a mention, and so was his bottomless fries. I was not asked/offered refills on either drink or fries. My tip to the server reflected my disappointment in the service I received. The cheese sticks were awesome!
Never had a bad experience here. Arrived maybe 50 minutes before movie started theater is maybe 10 mins away. Food was at our table within 25 minutes. We had 10 minutes to eat & 10 minutes to drive to theater. Food was good. It wasn't crowded for a Saturday afternoon.Food: 5/5
Disappointing. Slow service. Bad quality control on food. Avo-cobb salad is one of my favorite salads at Red Robin. I found the center chunks of iceberg lettuce in my salad, it was annoying to fish them out. last picture I'm not sure how the lettuce is washed properly when it doesn't seem like it was broken down. I ate it because everything else was fine and I was hungry. The waiter seemed to ignore me throughout the rest of my meal, I wanted dessert but waited about 10 minutes after finishing my salad to see if he would ask if I needed something else. Finally gave up and paid on the tablet before leaving. Talked to the manager about the salad and service I didn't want my meal comped, simply wanted them to know there's a quality issue but he seemed uninterested. Save yourself the disappointment. No toilet paper in the restroom, btw Features: No COVID-19 safety practices Parking: Plenty of parking
