Two of us came here on a Friday night about 8:00 p.m. We only waited a couple of minutes before getting seated. Our waiter was friendly and provided good service. We did have to wait a while to get our food though. I ordered a side salad and a burger and fries. I asked for my burger to be medium pink; however, it was well done and a little dried out. I've had better food in the past, so maybe the kitchen was just having a bad night.
This is a wonderful place to grab a burger!!! I really enjoy coming here to get a burger! I like their burger as good as anyone’s out!!! Homemade is typically the best, but they give them a run for their money sometimes!!! I would always rather have a homemade grilled burger, but there are a lot of times that I would rather not go to the trouble. The Yukon chips are wonderful!!! The onion rings are great!!!
I went to eat with my wife since it is a place where I went a lot and it took me an unpleasant experience. The potatoes were given to me raw, my wife was recooked and the hamburgers had a totally different flavor. The truth was not what I expected. One of the girls in the kitchen had a bad attitude towards us, she didn't want to take care of us. But there was no reason to give us a bad service in the food.
My first time visiting and the every ones food was delicious. Certainly a place to go for burgers, bottomless steak fries and not watered down drinks. My new go to burger jointFood: 5/5
Really nice Red Robin! I got the pretzel pub beer cheese burger and it was delicious. I also got a raspberry cream soda, and some dough rings, both were fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and was constantly checking on us and refilling our drinks and sides. Great job!
Food was great, service wasn’t so good! The overall service was good but I’m not sure our waitress wanted to be there! Did not have to wait long at all and it looked pretty busy! Do not touch the little kiosk or device on the table until you are ready to pay, it will charge you an entertainment fee of about $3 even if you just look at the game demos Visited from out of town, second time going here. The prices are not budget friendly for large group but the burgers were really good. The 1st visit was much better than the second but other than our waitress. Everything was good I did notice other waiters & waitresses providing better service than ours
We had a really yummy lunch here yesterday. I had the double cheeseburger & my daughter had the corn dog kids meal. We also tried the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and it was a good size portion with really tasty marinara sauce. My burger was delicious and big! I substituted onion rings and they were excellent. Our server was very attentive and helpful. Their rewards program is great & gives really good deals and promotions.
Red Robin Yum!! Great atmosphere with a bar and TV's,friendly staff, really good burgers according to my grown children, I don't eat meat a delicious impossible burger, bottomless fries, free refills on soda and root beer floats and decent prices!! Their appetizers are so good, we had fried pickles, pretzel bites with a delicious dipping sauce, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was really, really good! That have dessert as well but we were too stuffed to try! We don't usually eat greasy food but it was a treat well worth it! Definitely recommend!
They were short on staff, nothing new. Waiter took good care of us as he had to greet, serve and bus tables. Dropped in for birthday burger it did not disappoint. The prices are higher than I recall but again nothing new.Food: 5/5
Getting refills on bottomless sweet potato fries did not happen. Nicely request 4 count them 4 times. I got 4" it will be gust a minute" .A minute ended up to 30 minutes and nothing happened. So I gave $1.99 and 40 cents tip and 16 cents taxes for aggravation,
