Visited the location in Green Valley on August 12th.. as soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. We had the pleasure of being helped by Alex who is amazing at what he does. After a few questions as well as measuring my feet Alex brought out a few shoes for me to try on. I tried them all on and right away we were able to find the perfect shoes for me. I consistently have leg/feet pain and so I decided to take a pair of the Cloudmonsters.. and wow! they have absolutely changed my life. I will definitely be back.
Great place and great customer service! They really go above and beyond to get you the best shoes for your needs and they’re just great in general. Very patient with us and our 3 kids. We were there until closing time but we left very happy and will definitely return for future shoe needs

I had the pleasure of having the manager, Frank, fit me in the best possible shoes after I had ruined my feet with shoes unfitting of my 30,000 steps per day. I was limping in and he evaluated me so swiftly, efficiently, effectively, and competently. My feet have improved each day since he created heaven again for my feet! Frank knows his business and customizes shoes and experiences for each individual customer!! Look for Frank! Knowledgeable, respectful and completely qualified!!
Exceptional customer service and knowledge. They didn't have the shoe in the size/color I was looking for but they had a ton of shoes in stock overall and were able to order what I was looking for! I hate ordering things online because of porch pirates so its nice to know there are stores out there that actually carry things you can walk into a store and buy. Plenty of options like Hoka, Saucony, Brooks, New Balance and more. Lots of running gear too and of course gels/Tailwind/other nutrition. The staff was very nice and knowledgable. I forgot their names but I came in on Friday, June 30 in the afternoon so I am sure the owner/manager can look up the schedule from that day and give mega kudos to the 3 employees who were working the store. One of them helped me with shoes and was great, one of them helped me with the wide range of nutrition options as well as checking me out at the register, and the other showed me how to remove/replace lenses on Goodr sunglasses, something I didn't know could be done.
When it comes to clothing apparel I buy 90% of everything online, but when it comes to my running shoes the only place I go is Red Rock Running Company! Dustin is an absolute stud; his product knowledge, warm demeanor, and professionalism; are second to none. Located in the district in Henderson, this is the only place to go when you need running shoes! They even have a treadmill to measure your gate while running to ensure a perfect fit! Highly recommended!

I went to this shop while I was on a work trip. I had needed to find new hokas that I was not able to find in my home town shops. Sold out everywhere When I returned home I wasn’t quite happy with them. Larry and the staff made it very easy to get me the shoes I wanted even though I wasn’t local! The insoles they recommended have been amazing for my feet during training. Overall this place was very great! Thanks Larry and to the staff for helping me level up my foot game!
I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around this place. No shoes on display. They get mad if you look at the shoes in the boxes and ask which shoes you want. I say which brand I want, they said we have that. Still can't see any. No idea the model they said ok and went back to talking to each other. Still haven't seen any of the one thing they should have. I pull up a random website that shows them as the dealer and ask for any of those shoes. They show me one pair, not my size and somehow super dirty. Jun 1st, around 3pm. Just make sure to skip this place and save yourself the waste of time.
Tommy salesman was so patient, caring and supportive. Help me to try different selections of shoes. My feet liked Brooks adrenaline. Thank you for your service and professionalism.
