Red Wing

These people are awesome!!! I thought about going bavk to Michigan and buying new work boots but stopped in here. The lady that helped was very helpful. Very picky when it comes to my work boots. Told her what I wanted she measured then she chose 3 and I chose 3 and tried them all on and took my time and felt no pressure to buy so I pulled the trigger. Shout out to these folks!!! Great job and I don't hand out 5 stars to often.

Great product and service. Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Red Wings are practically indestructible. I am hard on boots, and mine have lasted over 3 years, and still have plenty of life left. I would recommend investing in the tuff toe....takes the durability to an unbelievable level.

I went to this store to get my defective boots fixed and they told me I would have to pay $100. After I explained to them and provided them proof of my past boot purchases which totaled over $1600 of the past 8 years they still said that I would have to pay $100 to get them fixed. I had then contacted RedWing HQ in Minnesota and explained to them my situation, I then shipped my defective boots to Minn. and they fixed them for free. With no help from the store in Oak Creek. This stores management sucks and needs to learn what a good customer is!!! I would rather go somewhere else like Thorogood Boots, which by the way are made here in Wisconsin by Union members than have to deal with the jag-offs at the Oak Creek!!!

I stopped in at Red Wing today to have the tuff toe protection put on my boots but, it wasn’t recommended yet. I was then asked by the gentlemen if I wanted my boots oiled and he said it would take a few minutes. He came back out like 5 minutes later and the boots were polished and cleaned up! They looked brand new! When I got home, I then realized the boots had new laces! 5 stars to the gentlemen that helped me today!

Went here to show them my shoes that were starting to RIP off, which I was told they have 6 months warranty in RIP offs or any damage soon as i showed David the shoe he keeps saying I dont see I dont see well if ur blind and need more light than move somewhere, hes pulling the part that its ripped and at same time saying I dont see and getting an attitude coming close to me as if he was going to attack was 2 sec away from punching him to defend myself. Asked for hes managers contact refused to give it and said hes the manager. Waiting for red wing costumer care to call me back if this guy is a manager they need to teach him communication skills and never raise hes voice or get super close to the costumers before they get hit with a lowsuite. Dont buy shoes here and deal with the b.s mine only lasted 5 months paid $200 for them and just walked around with em not like I work construction

got new boots spent a bit more then what i wanted thus the 4 stars only the people there were nice friendly helpful and were okay with me asking them to grab me about 6 different pairs along with 4 different sizes not once were they rude or complained and they were very polite

Company switched to red wings , 10 different shoes were approved from their inventory , but it doesn’t matter which store I go to they only have 2-3. MKes it for a great selection

Bought 3 pairs of shoes/boots. Salesman was very warm and friendly. More mens shoes and boots than ladies. Also carry socks, hats, gloves, toolbelts.

Been going to the store since I've been 18 knowledgeable people great boots

SUPER helpful staff and it is worth it to pay more for a great quality boot.
