Great work boot store. They take of you boots if they need fixing. The boots and shoes cost more but for the level of care you get for them is great.
The manager that was there was not helpful at all. My boots were falling apart and I haven’t even had them for a year, only six months to the day. I had to buy brand new boots because there was no apparent way to get them replaced. I’m not hard on my boots, they should have lasted much longer than six months.
Walked in with an idea of what I wanted. Staff approached with seconds, looked up my account for other boots I've purchased. Found my size and checked me out. Perfect.
I wear my boots for most of my working day and redwings are by far the best quality boot. They are a tool that I use all day and they just hold up. Love the BOA style and have never had a problem with the boots that red wing didn't fix quickly or just flat out replace the whole boot. You get what you pay for and these are worth the money.
After 45 years of working in construction ruining my feet .With sub standard shoes and boots. I finally found a jewel. These are steel toe boots. I wasn’t crazy about the A new style of shoe laces. But I’m sold on them now. Redwing I wouldn’t buy any other simply the best boot I’ve ever had. I am at an age were standing on my feet and working on my feet. Was too painful and had to come to an end .But then I found these ,I feel as if I’ve got at least another 10 years of working ,they are the best the very best
Came in to return a pair of boots that were a size to big after not receiving much help or guidance at the Orem location. My first steps in there I was welcomed by an amazing man named joe he sat down and listened to my situation and showed me all my options and then not only helped me find the right fit for me I’ve learned a lot about what to look for! Joe and Bruce not only provided the best customer service but kept me up to speed with how the boot should fit!
I love Red Wing boots. I currently own 3 pairs with a 4th coming soon. Long lasting, durable and look really good. This is a great place to buy these boots. The staff isn’t the most knowledgeable red wing in the state. I’d recommend going down to Utah county if you want the best experience. I ordered some new boots and they had to get them shipped from another red wing and they said it would take 2 weeks and after 2 weeks I called and they never got sent. That’s not just this red wing locations fault but the others as well. Follow up with your orders guys these boots are expensive.
I work construction so I've owned a lot of boots. I'd have to say that my redwing boots last much longer then any other boot and are much more comfortable once broken in. They are well worth the extra money. Leroy and joe, the manager of the South Jordan location, are very knowledgeable and friendly to work with.
