Not my local Red Wing, but one of the guys at work told me to go here instead of the local one. He was right! Rachael was super helpful when I needed boots for work. I needed Static Dissipative ones. They located one of the last 2 in my size in the country and had them shipped to my house in 2 days!
Helpful and nice ladies that were there at the time I visited. They asked what I was looking for, they searched and brought out different selections, they didn't have exactly what I wanted and went ahead and checked online and ordered what I wanted. They took care of all the shipping and billing to my place of employment and I was happy.
Had A great experience! I believe this was my third time at this location and every time they have been friendly and helpful. The last pair of boots I bought were from 2016 so I felt like getting an updated and lighter weight work boot, the young man behind the counter was very helpful and let my try on probably 6 or 8 pairs of boots and I found exactly what I was looking for, and I appreciate his patients! I will definitely be back when I am due for a new pair..
Service here was fantastic great quality products for fair prices - I got fitted and found everything that I needed and wanted! I will definitely be going back for my future footwear needs! My shoes had to be ordered but they will be shipped right to my front door for free! Cant wait to get them

I've shopped here several times and will continue to go back. The store is very clean and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I recommend the insoles. The machine finds your pressure points and recommends the perfect one. The boots themselves are great. Be prepared for a short break-in period but it is well worth it. I just dropped off my boots for resole and I am sure missing them.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Customer service is absolutely amazing, Prices & Products are great I would give 100 stars if I can! My husband and myself were helped by Super Wonderful Wife Mrs. Jennifer and Husband Mr. Andrew. The feeling I had in this store makes me want to come back to this exact spot. IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEAASEEE TRY THEM, GO! I promise It’s so WORTH. IT!
Update - reducing stars. They measured his feet, but put him a regular and he needs a wide. They promised the boots by Tuesday and by Saturday they still hadn't arrived from Lancaster. The store didn't call him with updates; he had to repeatedly call the store for status updates. Eventually, he canceled the order and bought a pair from the Camp Hill location - which had 5 pairs in stock!!!
These guys always take great care of me, most of the time I just walk in and they know what I need I have been a returning customer for the last 5 years. They always make sure you get the absolute best product for your particular use case and needs. I love Red Wing boots, and I will continue visiting the store in Linglestown for replacement insoles and laces until I move away!
This place was awesome!!! Very professional and great service!!! I took my brother in to buy a pair of work boots and he loves his new boots. He told me "from now on when I need a new pair, please take me to this store."
