First time here, employees seemed willing to help and knowledgeable. Unlucky for me the manager "helped" me. He didn't care about the experience and service for me. Felt like he was in his own world. At the end I walked out and went elsewhere due to the managers none caring attitude. He seemed not to care about selling another pair of boots or gaining a new customer. I think if your going to get 200-300$ premium boots the Manager should treat customers better. To be fair the workers around seemed prompt and eager to help other customers as they came in.
The mobile truck was brought to our location at work. The guys had everything prepared before the call time so that was nice. I was able to find what I wanted easily. The computer kept losing internet so transactions took way too long for a couple of guys. There was about 12 of us at a time.
Came here to get steel toes for work. The service is horrible and the employees are rude, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Multiple customers standing around waiting to be helped, They need training because they sure didn't make me feel welcomed. Alot of over priced shoes smh.
Had a hard time finding the right size but the Redwing associate was very helpful and found a pair of boots that fit my size and style.

This was my first time purchasing work boots at Red Wing Shoes and I was told they took really good care of you. Unfortunately for me, I went on a Wednesday and I had the WORST experience I've had in a long time. ZERO customer service. I was asking many questions and all I got was, "what you see is what we have". It was crucial for me to get steel toe boots and I left very unhappy. I remember even saying "I don't like what I'm getting but I guess I have no choice". What looked like the manager didn't say a thing and juts rung me up. He gave me a bigger size and hurt my feet all day the following day. I asked about their refund policy, he said "they have to be unused". I am not happy with this store, I am not happy with my purchase, and my feet are definitely not happy. Worst customer service! Never again
Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Shoes are pricey, but my company pays for them, thank God. My last pair went beyond a year and don't even look too bad for working outdoors.
Boots are comfortable and at a good price. No need to increase the price
