The best experience I’ve ever had buying a boot. I won’t be going anywhere else
Red Wing is all about premium quality boots and amazing personalized service. They really care about getting the right fit for you. On my first visit, the representative took the time to measure my fit using a specialized laser measurement device that also includes pressure point sensitivity. I will definitely return in the future.
I needed a pair of steel-toe work boots. After going to several other stores which did not have anything in a wide size, I drove across town to Redwing. They had exactly what I needed. They had the the electronic measuring device which you stand on as well.
I went in the with a little bit of a chip on my shoulder. I had some issues with a pair of boots that I purchased a while back.After finding out that the warranty had expired 3 months ago. The sales person “Rene” went above and beyond my expectations. He not only made me feel comfortable during the entire experience. He made me feel comfortable that I was buying the correct boot for my needs. So to some it up. Hats off to Rene for his outstanding service and knowledge of his product. keep up the good work! I’m no Arnold Schwarzenegger, BUT I will be back. Thanks again Dale F.
Go to this store and experience a level of customer service that simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Mr. Rene is a master of his trade with a deep knowledge of the product and the expertise to fit you correctly. Spend the extra money to get exceptional quality with Red Wing, it's worth it and you will not regret it. I bought a pair of Iron Rangers and they are by far the highest quality footwear I've ever owned.
The older gentleman working the front desk was very enthusiastic and knew all the products very well. I have very wide feet and he knew exactly what shoe size I should pick to accommodate me. He was very nice and I recommend anyone looking for boots to shop there
Very patient and friendly service. Great selection in store and they were able to special order me a pair. The most comfortable and long lasting boot I have ever owned. If you are in the market for a new pair of work boots, they will measure and make sure you are in the best pair for your feet.
Rene was extremely personable, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He gave great advice, sized my husband's foot, and we were able to walk out with the perfect pair. We were thoroughly impressed with just how knowledgeable and helpful he was!

The older gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and very nice, needed a new pair of work boots ASAP but I was looking for something specific, he recommended a specific brand, told me about another store that had them, I unfortunately didnt purchase from this store however I will be ordering the boots he recommend that I did buy and love through him next time Im in need of a pair! Next time I won't be in a rush!
